We are a small family business based in North Wales and we're all about making amazing wax melts. Being self-confessed WAX MELT ADDICTS, we are always looking for new scents to add to the collection and we now stock over 150 fragrances! We started our journey during the Covid pandemic as a hobby, we were on a mission to find an eco-friendly alternative to the ones we had previously been using. After lots of research, trial and error and perfecting our recipe we decided to open our first online shop and share our passion. We have sourced the very best quality fragrance oils from an award-winning fragrance supplier in the UK, which are vegan friendly and cruelty free and we use the maximum amount of fragrance that the wax can hold, so get ready for an incredibly intense scent experience! Fast forward nearly 5 years, and what started as a hobby has now become our full-time passion. We've expanded our range to include not only wax melts but also bath and body products. We're always on the lookout for exciting new additions to our collection. From fabric and linen sprays to reed diffusers, wax melters to whipped soaps, and bath products every single item is crafted with love and care. I ordered on 8th March. Had no update and no sign of a delivery. I chased after 10 days for an update and had an email saying my parcel was dispatched. It finally arrived with 2 products missing and again no sign of delivery or any update. I have chased again for the missing items. It’s a shame as the soaps are lovely but the service is absolutely awful.
Really disappointed as the wax melts don’t smell strong and don’t last long at all.i don’t like giving bad reviews but I felt I had to as I spent about £40 which I’m sorry about now.
I love these melts. I regularly order them. Scent last for a good 24 hours and it smells gorgeous. My favourite is Frosted Eucalyptus.
Bought the shake n vac and it was lovely scented and left my carpets and house smelling amazing. Fast postage and delivery and reasonable delivery costs too. Will be buying again. Thank you!

I have orderedthese exact scented wax melts from this company before and the smell is beautiful. The scent is lovely and strong and the scent is long lasting. I will be ordering some more very soon. Thankyou.
My order was placed in my black bin, no note to say it was delivered so i didnt know it was there. Bin has been emptied by the council so order lost, nobody at Wicked Melts are taking the blame or solving the issue with courier company. I have paid for the melts(over £20) but i am not getting more sent. Never be using site again. Things better get resolved or i will be taking further action.
These wax melts are the nicest longest lasting smells... I love them.
Only after my negative review that they have fixed their packing mistake.... The products as usual are great quality and shipping is relatively fast but costumer service needs a bit of revaluation, as it took me 2 weeks plus 1 week after bad review to get help, after my initial email informing I received the wrong product. And that was really frustrating. Still won't put me off ordering as I really like their products and it's a fair price which is hard to find. Just need to change is the effectiveness of the customer service when something goes wrong as was nearly a month to get everything fixed!

I love these wax melts. I am totally sold! I will not go anywhere else for my wax melts now. Tobacco and Vanilla, Hot Cross Bun and Ginger are my favourites. The scents fill the house and will remain there well after the wax has stopped burning. I am so glad I found you guys.
