Keep Away

Less business more scam. Never received a refund

I have purchased few umbrella through their ebay site and received refund and return as I have one of them faulty. But as soon as I have purchased from their website they sent me faulty and used umbrella and never refund me or reply my email. Do not use this scam website guys.

Total rubbish send you seconds then don’t refund or reply to email initially said they had refunded to my PayPal account but I don’t have one eBay seem not to care what they do and it’s very difficult to get eBay to help stay well away worse company ever tried to deal with

Terrible communication/customer service

Trying to get in touch with them about hydraulics on a clinic bed. Was advised they would get back to me within 2 days that was on 25/09/20. I can't use the bed and can't treat my clients who have injuries and need rehabilitation. I am a rehabilitation and injuries specialist and have been unable to treat clients since 25/09.

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company! I bought a halogen patio heater and was not impressed at all, I could hardly get any heat off it, so I arranged for a return and they arranged to collect it, which they did on June 24th, it's now Oct 14th and after many emails have failed to reimburse me. A total RIP off company, stay well away from it

Awful, the worst I have come across for online shopping

I purchased an electric fire and it lasted 5 months and it was used about 10 times, the plug had melted inside. I think it could have been a bad outcome if it hadn't have blown the fuse. Having emailed them about 8 times, they ignored me every time. I just had to buy a new one from a reputable company. Why will this company not reply to any emails? There is absolutely no customer care because they do not care!

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company - they do not reply to emails and do not honour their guarantees - steer clear - yes they ae cheap but pay a tiny bit more with another company and have peace of mind.

Terrible quality garden furniture and awful customer service

If I could have given Wido minus stars I would. First of all the item I purchased did not arrive the next day as stated on the website. I then received an email offering me 10% discount for any future purchases. I tried to redeem this 10% voucher and it would not work on the website, I then emailed the customer service team who said that these vouchers were not valid.
In addition when the item arrived (garden furniture seating and coffee table), the items arrived in damaged packaging. The fixtures for the chairs did not fit so I had to purchase my own screws and fittings. We then spent an inordinate amount of time trying to assemble the furniture. The glass top was damaged and the arms of the chairs were faded. After a couple of months of use it is already showing spots of rust even though they have stayed covered.
I have been emailing the customer service team who initially did acknowledge my email and requested photographs, which I sent back straight away. Since then I have received no response. I am unable to speak to anyone on the phone as apparently due to Covid the wido staff are all working from home. My emails are getting ignored. I am shocked at the poor quality of the items they sell, the fact that the screws and fittings they enclose in the package are random and don't fit is testament to what poor quality the items are. However for me it is the customer service that is absolutely terrible. For any customers that are considering purchasing anything from Wido please avoid. You will be disappointed with the item and out of pocket.

Don't buy from this lot- you'll regret it

Quite simply the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.
Bought a garden seat online for nearly £200 - box arrived damaged as was the seat inside - 6 weeks later still no contact from customer services. Telephone customer line still non operational ( the voice message blames Lockdown despite the majority of even small business and especially those taking orders online have been contactable for some time) and emails go unanswered.
I now severely doubt I will ever see either the chair I paid for or my money.
Don't use them it just isnt worth the heartache

STAY AWAY!!

PLEASE DONT USE WIDO.
Terrible company, bad service, damaged or missing items, late delivery.

i bought a garden sofa from them which arrived with a large piece missing, after many many emails i eventually got a reply.... they said they would send it within 5 days.after a week i chased it and again after many many messages they said they didn't have one to send!
I was eventually offered a partial refund which i accepted and was told it would be in my account within 3 to 5 working days.......at this point they just stopped responding to messages full stop...the refund never came and i was about to take them to the small claims court to claim for the full amount when i got in touch with ebay (oh yes, i bought it via their ebay page) ebay read through their messages and just issued the refund straight to me :)

This company is terrible, they send out packages late with items missing or damaged, they dont care about you once they have your money, hard to believe they are a real company operating in the UK. from start to finish that took about 2 months and i only got the refund because ebay sorted it.

Appalling customer service- AVOID!!

Wish I’d have read the reviews before buying as had similar experience to everybody else. Ordered a corner sofa 5 weeks ago. Arrived next day which was great but was missing a large seat cushion. We have emailed them 8 times since and still no replacement piece! After the initial 2 emails I had a reply saying a replacement cushion would be with us within 5 days but nothing arrived. A further 6 emails later (unable to contact by phone as apparently everyone is working from home so aren’t taking calls) and still no response. So basically have no way of getting hold of anyone and just waiting in hope that someone will get back to me... appalling customer service

As with the rest of these reviews, absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered something, didn't turn up. They conveniently 'posted it' but DHL had no clue where it was. No response from them at £300 out of pocket.

How how how are these companies able to operate on sites like eBay and Amazon???
