Ordered a kingfisher swing/ hammock…

Ordered a kingfisher swing/ hammock almost 7 weeks ago. Received item but srews and bolts in wrong place. Sent endless emails with endless promises of being sent correct item....nothing! Cannot assemble in state it is. Paid through paypal who are now pursuing it but feel I have lost £299.99! Really fed up as previously ordered it through amazon and after 6 weeks was told it was out of stock. Thanks to paypal I got a full refund! Lesson learnt.

Appalling customer service

Bought a sofa bed tinhrough ebay in January this year, it broke and became unfit for purpose, was offered a 50% refund which I refused, since then no response after numerous emails, their customer service is hopeless, I now got citizen advice involved and will be taking them to court. Be warned, buying from these people could seriously give you grief....avoid at all costs

Customer service

Customer service: oxymoron.

I was given a BBQ for Father’s Day. Flimsy, parts broke during construction, holes don’t line up, lid doesn’t close...

Three weeks and no response to emails and still no one answering calls. Paid through PayPal so I reported it to them; hey presto, a response from Wido but little to no help, now complete radio silence.

Their website says all the things you’d like to read to assure you but they do not follow through. Just an horrendous company.

KF100 Electric Facial Couch...Terrible!!!

Originally purchased a KF100 Electric Facial Couch in Oct 2018 and found it to be faulty upon unpacking nearly a year later (delayed start to opening small home based salon). Customer Service Dept initially slow to respond but then had the pleasure of dealing with Dec who was excellent & organised a replacement - great customer service from Dec! New couch delivered Oct 2019 and has had very minimal use due to other work commitments and Covid 19 (used around 3 times to practice treatments). Changed the position of the couch to the seat position in June 2020 and the lower section of the couch became detached from the mid section - the thin plywood forming the base had cracked and a hinge had entirely snapped off (see photos). This couch is very poorly made, the plywood forming the base is less than 1cm thick & entirely inadequate. The couch comes with basic assembly instructions and no instruction manual or fire safety label. After waiting over 2 weeks for a response from WIDO Customer Service, I've just been advised that I will not receive a replacement as my warrenty has apparently expired (1 year from date of original purchase, not from the delivery of this item 8 months ago). Will now have to pursue the legal route. Strongly advise not to purchase.

Shocking service!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company! I ordered a fire pit from them which was supposed to be delivered the next working day.. or so they say! After waiting almost a month I still hadn’t received this! After numerous emails to find out where this was, I was then told the item was now out of stock so I will be refunded! Whoever works for this company has absolutely no customer service qualities whatsoever! They were quick to take my money, but didn’t want to send out the goods! A disgrace and shambles of a company and I will never be ordering anything from them ever again! WARNING Do not order from these people!! I still am waiting for my refund, absolutely shocking!!!

Terrible customer service, i have sent 5 emails ( unable to reach on the phone) and ive had 2 replies which weren't even relevant to my problem/complaint.

orderd something with next day delivery ( 7 days later) still hasn't arrived) avoid buy form somewhere else or though amazon. at least they care about there customers

The worst customer service. Bought for my wife (11 stone) had it for a week and started tearing at the o ring anchor points. Sent Amazon pictures, sent wido pictures emailed 3 times directly to wido. Finally got a return label from them ' must be in original packaging and I pay the postage for the return avoid.

Terrible Company With Bad Customer Service Who Try To Shirk Legal Obligationsi

I would give this company zero or minus stars. One of the worst I have had to deal with in some time. Ordered an item via amazon, upon receipt immediately deemed it not suitable for my uses and requested return and a refund. Have spent over three months now trying to organise this and going round in circles. Fail to reply to communications and then ask the same question over and over as to why I want to return the goods. I am not obliged to give a reason under the Consumer Contract Regulations.

Avoid at all costs.

Delivery is Quick

I ordered 3 tables, they arrived 2 days later but unfortunately one was damaged. I got in touch with Wido about it and though the whole process was incredibly slow they replaced the table with no fuss at all which I'm really grateful for.

Damaged Goods Received - Terrible Service

Received a badly damaged garden sofa set. Sent photos which were taken whilst unpacking item and eventually (after a long, drawn out email exchange fraught with delays and silences) they offered me a 20% discount that was not acceptable given that the damage was prominent and not repairable. They are now asking for photos (again) and ignoring my continual requests to collect and refund. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company to recover the funds so I no longer have to waste my time with such an unprofessional company.

Avoid! And if you've paid by credit or debit card, see what your bank can do in terms of helping you get your money back. There are consumer rights to protect in some cases - the Citizens Advice Bureau and Which websites have really useful information on how to deal with this. We're all trying to make our outdoor spaces as nice as possible during lockdown and it's not right that companies such as this should profit out of selling sub-standard products.

Bought a patio heater which was very poor no heat. Advised I wanted to return item which costs me £15 . 6 weeks later and 3 supposedly arranged collection, 17 emails exchanged and still have the goods. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered a "Fire Pit"

Ordered a "Fire Pit". Order said next day delivery but after the confirmation I didn't hear anything. Contacted customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful. The order was delivered on the Monday and was in perfect order. Initial contact and information could have been better but cannot fault their customer service.

Purchase my Rattan Effect Garden Cube and then I read the reviews which made me worry - I needn't have.

Excellent value for money, arrived after 48 hours (should be next day) but considering the COVID-19 pandemic I can forgive that. I will say the lack of quick customer service is a downfall- I didn't get a tracking number or courier name but I did receive an email back from Ellie who said the item was in transit and would be delivered the next day, in fact it was the day after that. No telephone contact doesn't help either.

Well packaged and easy to assemble, thanks Wido you've made our summner!

Service is utter rubbish

Service is utter rubbish, don't buy from this seller.
If possible I would give it less than 1 star, but that option is not available.
We ordered an item from this company via Amazon. Their delivery company (Tuffnells) is equally rubbish, the item is not delivered but there is a signature by some person with an 'X' and marked as delivered. Tried to get the delivery company and the seller on the phone, waiting on the phone for 1hr 22mins and I cut it off as I could no longer listen to the can-can music without going insane, but there was no answer.
The time wasted with companies like this, I wish I had bought a garden shed from a local independent seller.
Will be putting in a claim for a refund via Amazon.

Non existent customer service

I had a backwash unit with a ceramic sink bowl delivered yesterday and the sink part is smashed to pieces!!
I waited on hold for over an hour and a half on the phone and just got told that I was next in line and my call would be answered and no it wasn’t! Haven’t replied to emails or eBay messages! £330 this cost me and is due to be fitted tomorrow and in this current state £330 is a lot of money to me!
Wil be opening a case with eBay and ringing Trading standards as looks like I’m not the only one that has wasted money, absolute joke! I’m so upset.
