Now we have a customer base of about 800 internet services providers (WISP), System Integrators (SI) and Resselers who regularly buy the networking equipment from us in all Europe. Usually we stock all the products in our UK warehouse, so they can be despatched the same day after we receive the payment. And if we don‘t stock the product you need at the moment in UK warehouse we will deliver it for you from our main Europe warehouse in about 4-5 working days. Since we import many components in large amounts directly from original equipment manufacturers in China, Taiwan and Europe countries we can offer the best prices to our customers (sometimes even better than manufacturer offers itself ;) ). Used UPS as the courier
Used UPS as the courier, I paid extra to get the parcel next day.. UPS didn't deliver making the excuse that " business was closed". I get that couriers let people down all the time but I was less than impressed with the lecture I got from WIFI Stock about how all couriers are bad... DPD are brilliant as are Parcel Force but these were not options when I placed the order

Stock available and delivered as stated
Called to check stock (as other companies were out of stock) and advised they had it and if I ordered it I would get it (not a fake statement of stock). I did and it arrived as and when they said it was (in fact a bit earlier than expected). Very good service and allowed me to get an AP up, in and running while the other company still hasn't got any stock yet!
