Bought one of their full IR tracker headset kits in Dec2023, having previously bought a standalone IR tracker from them and been unable to get it to work well due to a really old modified webcam I tried it with. Have used this one for dozens of hours and it works great. Really well made and packaged, good instructions, fairly easy to setup and charging is simple as well.

Used for Star Citizen and Arma III; the default Arma III profile worked great for me and I simply copied it for Star Citizen and the ranges and sensitivity were perfect.

Bought the Delan clip to replace a broken TrackIR clip and being wireless is such a benefit. It's well made, and the support I got when I couldn't seem to charge it was excellent (turned out I was using too high a charger). Would definitely recommend!

Not a seconds hesitation in recommending this company and it's products. Got the Delanclip fusion pro setup and my only gripe was the cable length for the camera. Everything works and easy to understand instructions. I can't imagine being without this IR tracker now...

I have been really enjoying the Delan Clip! Since my headphones are wireless, it only makes sense and super convenient to have the Delan Clip wireless too, I've used wired Track Clip Pro fir years, tangled by wires lol. Works extremely well with my Trackir, and just as accurate as my old track clip pro. I am really happy with it and highly recommend! Not sure what Natural Point doing all these years why they couldn't release a wireless track clip pro, regardless, Delan got our backs! Thank you so much!

Fast delivery, easy setup and great product! Love that I can use the "long-distance lens" with my couch/tv setup, where I'm 8-10 feet away from the camera. Plus head tracking is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Solid and well-crafted design, it's very light on my headphones and has great charging capabilities (I use it for 2-3 hours every day with my TrackIR 5, charging once a week). I'm really glad I finally found it and gave up on all my failed wireless solutions I've tried before.

The product works as described and according to my old head tracking device, the tracking is very smooth. The setup and configuration with the OpenTrack software is also very intuitive. I had some issues with international delivery and the company tryed resolved them quickly. However, after some research, they resolved the issue and also covered the cost of re-shipping. I would buy again.

The wireless version is extremely easy to setup with the included camera, and the head tracking is great. The product itself is very lightweight so you honestly forget it's there after some time.

Initially, the parcel was stuck in Royal Mail's outbound centre for an extended period of time. So when I reached out, Tom was very kind in providing a detailed update of what was happening (it was a check for "suspected prohibited goods") and offered to replace it or refund should had it been lost. Luckily, I never needed to get to that stage but it's good to have that assurance!

Customer service doesn't get any better than what the DelanClip team have provided. You can tell that they are very enthusiastic about their products and genuinely want to make the customer happy. Truly outstanding and reliable company. Buy with confidence!

Great tracking device! Works perfectly with MSFS 2024 straight out of the box.

The website was easy to comprehend. The instructions to use their product is also nice. More importantly, their overseas shipping support is good.

Owned the wired delanclip for years. Really great product for a good price! Decided to upgrade to the wireless delanclip. Couldn't be happier. Works in even better than the old wired to my surprise. Really light weight, accurate and battery lasts a long time! Great product, fast shipping and communication!

Not great quality 3d printed parts and struggled to work at my distance 2 .5 metres) . I took a chance as they have a 14 day money back guarantee(So I thought). I bought the long range lenses. Unfortunately the range is not effective over 1.5 metres and the side clip failed to stay together, looks like fragile 3d printing.
I tried for 4 days with every setting (I was a previous customer and have used the Opentrack software for years before) .I emailed to say I needed to return the item as it was not fit for purpose, only to be charged for faulty clip (even though I sent a video of it faulty) and threaded lenses, also pay for recorded delivery this is against Consumer Rights Act 2015 -*** refund the cost of standard delivery if the customer paid for it.An saying customer damaged item when plastic parts not fit for purpose**
I am now £50 out of pocket for faulty parts and delivery costs. I will raise this with Trading standard
save your money and buy from Beam or Tobii that way you will legally be covered and have support.

Good communication and very quick delivery (to EU/NL). There was a small item missing in my order but Delanclip answered and solved the problem in no time.

Product itself very nice, I'm not experienced with flightsim gear but with the instruction videos I got everything working without a hitch.

I purchased the Delanclip and it was lost in shipping nirvana and never received it. However, Tomasz went way beyond the standard to resolve this issue and sent another one and took care of all the extra costs. Stellar Customer service.
I am also extremely happy with the Delanclip itself and use it together with TrackIR. Works flawlessly and very stable. Also the HW is very easy to attach to a headset and rock solid. Happy Customer here and I can highly recommend this amazing product!

Well after some delay and looking at this clip over the past 13 monthsI decided to take the plunge and purchase a Delan Clip Fusion. Living in Australia I wassurprised at the speed in which the clip arrived by freight. After setting it up, a few small tweaks and I was away. Having had a main expensive brand before I can honestly say the Delan Clip is awesome and for me is a better tracker overall. It was lighter and easier to fit to my headphones which are the Steel Series Pro. Easily adjustable curves and dead points and does exactly as it is supposed to and is smooth as butter. Initially I needed some advice from Tom regarding a setting and his responsiveness to my inquiry was within minutes and sorted very quickly. I’m 63 and play Arma 3 so I’m not overly techy but I’ll have a go at anything. Very impressed and I highly recommend this device for any game that requires head tracking. I now have my second Delan Clip and I'm extremely satisfied.

The headset holder is easy to attach and very stable.

The only drawback is the lack of a charging indicator on the new clip. You don't know when the clip is fully charged.
