This is a comment on Delanclip's customer service rather than the actual product, as unfortunately there was a faulty lead which prevented it from working. However, I emailed technical support, and Tomasz (the company founder) emailed back within a couple of hours. He talked me through a couple of tings to try, but when it became clear the product would need to be returned for inspection, he arranged this immediately. Having checked the returned product and found it faulty, a new one is already on its way out to me. Outstanding communication throughout, and a quick turnaround both on the initial order, and on a return and replacement. This definitely inspires confidence, and I look forward to using the replacement Delanclip when it arrives!

I bought my "Starter Set" in 2018 and have never enjoyed flying more than I do now. I can't fly without using the DelanClip.I have over 7,000hrs in MSFS and just over 2,000 in DCS World.
It truly is wonderful tipping your head to see that wonderful sunset or the grass strip your trying to find as your running low over the MSFS2024 earth.

Quick delivery to the States. I got this to replace my lost Delan clip which I bought many years ago. This new updated clip is so much easier to set up and works flawlessly.

Second unit purchased from Delanclip. This time the Fusion wireless LED unit. No morere more cables to deal with that you can run over with your chair. Or worse, run over the USB plug so you then have to bend it back. Tomasz was helpful in getting the thing working. I was using it on a trackIR camera. Cycle through the app a few times. Most likely to get your camera adjusted to the new frequency range of the new infra red LED. It is a guess but after a restart of the application the camera picked up the LED's unlike the first time.

I've been using free face tracking for a while but this is a game changer! Worth every penny, awesome product.

I bought the delan camera, and it works sooo great.
I had to force my eyetoy ps2 to retire because I switched to W11, and even if I loved it, I did not regret to buy this one! no wierd driver, no complicated configuration... all smooth! just let's go for it.

Extremely timely shipping, great product, minor 3D printing defects. Purely cosmetic and nothing performance degrading. Using Fusion with TrackIR camera and have the smoothest head tracking experience on the market. Yes the free ones exist, but for the price of a decent webcam, you may as well get the software and ease of use.

I bought the Delanclip fusion and Delancam and I’m really impressed with the results. I play DCS from a long distance in my front room so was after something that could extend my range to 2.5 metres while still being able to sit on my couch. Tom helped me by changing to stronger lens which extended my range to the perfect distance. Also the Delanclip and Delancam run smoother with faster response than my track ir. Fast delivery and an overall great experience. Thank you very much

i own the Delanclip Fusion Pro setup with the Delanclip head strap and Delanclip Fusion Swivel mount. this head tracker is by far the best of the bunch that i own ( Tobii 5, Tracker 5 with hat clip and pro clip, Bean eye tracker Logitech Brio 4K ) all had issues that are numerous , wires, locking up, bad tracking and lagging, the Delanclip Fusion Pro out the box worked perfectly, down loaded their profiles for the open track software...no wire, no lag, no dropouts, no crazy crap, just straight up excellent tracking, only complaint is the mount for Delancam 1 and Tomas said they were working on that. an excellent product for the flight simmer! all the flight sim games are DCS, MSFS 2020 and 2024 and IL-2GB. This head tracker is awesome for these games!!

Bought a product from them in 2023, they shipped fairly quickly considering it was shipped from the UK to the Czech Republic. Today I needed help and their support is amazing, very helpful and responds very fast.

Delivery in a few days (from UK to FR).
Quality is good (3D printing), everything works fine.
Works immediatly out of the box, but some explanation on how to fine tune Opentrack could be useful. When correctly tuned, it’s a nice add in simracing (helps to aim for apex).
In flight simulator (and I guess in DCS), it is a game changer.

First and foremost, support with Delan is superb. I was getting almost instant replies to any queries I had.

For anyone in the same boat, this is a perfect alternative compared to the track clip that TrackIR offer. The delanclip fusion works perfectly with a TrackIR 5 camera. No setup needed, just turn it on. Built much more sturdy and it is wireless and rechargeable. Cannot recommend it enough so far! Just stick it on to your headset, flick the on switch and you’re good to go!

I bought Delanclip in 2018. I have been without playing for 3 years and when I tried to use it again I had troubles trying to configure it but thanks to the quick response by Tomasz in Delan in no time I have it working again. Thanks a lot! You are great!

Tracking itself is solid and the velcro holds tight, but the adhesive doesn’t. I’ve had to resort to zip-tying the clip to my headset every session, which works but is annoying when you don’t have a spare headset to just leave it on. The camera mount is also hard to get stable and always feels slightly off.

You’ll need to spend some time messing around in OpenTrack to get things dialed in. That’s not really a downside, but it’s something to expect. Compared to VR, this gives a decent sense of flight and is way more affordable, but it doesn’t feel natural. Not even close.

Price would’ve been reasonable, but after tax? Bruv. It starts feeling like a stretch for what you actually get. It can work well, but only if you're willing to put in the extra effort.

Overall I'm not happy with the pricing, especially when you consider the quality of the product! It does work, but its super cluncky.

It was fine. I only bought this one because my previous one stopped charging. I am now on my third tracker from declan. The product overall is good. The cost of the international shipping is a bit exorbitant but not much other choices for the price. Of course that's outside of declans control so have not considered that as part of the review.

The product is fantastic service and speed of delivery even better even internationally

The unit worked as expected expected and arrived very quickly.
