10/10 Tom is amazing
Tried this company because I didnt want to pay a lot more for a TrackIR and the tracker I got works amazing and has a nice sleek design and easy to setup. I had an issue with it charging (was my fault in the end, tracker was fine) and after a few emails back and forth I got a new one sent out with a new charger and its flawless. Probably the fastest and easiest customer service ive ever had even even replied within 5-20 mins. 10/10 would recommend

My Latest Delan Purchase
I bought a Delan fusion several years ago, and the camera finally gave up the ghost. During those years I had a few correctable issues and Tom was great at giving me personal advice to correct the problem. So I decided to try the lens Delan offers and purchase a PS 3 camera on Amazon. Did that and put it all together. Had terrible results. Contacted Tom and he told me disassemble the camera and he gave me through cleaning instructions. I did and the camera set up works perfectly. I would advise looking for a config file specifically for DCS online if you are using this set up for that sim.

Excellent, affordable tracking.

Dlanclip with camera has provided an excellent replacement - and extremely helpful support from Dlan got me up and running in FSX Steam in short order! Couldn't be more pleased.

Had the Track IR pro for years. I sold it when I didn't play more sim. And then years after. I missed it. Bought the Delan Clip fusion pro and im very pleased with it. Seems like a very good quality. And extra plus that it's on batteris so no wires. So far, excellent piece of equipment.

OK overall, but with several drawbacks
I am overall satisfied with the device, but the camera mount is just awful. For the price you are asking, it should be a mount with rubbered base that sits firmly in place once put. Yet it just sits on top of the screen freely with no fixation and slides left and right, disturbing my position.
You should also have a longer camera cord, while the charging cord is a bit too long in my opinion.
However, i like the way you made the charge cord connection to the device on the magnet and it being rotational on one axis.

DelanClip is good, recommended
I'm very happy with my interactions with DelanClip. I bought my first IR head tracking piece a few years back. It did develop a fault within a year, so I contacted the support email address, shipped the item back for free (I paid delivery and they re-imbursed, based off the receipt), and they sent me a repaired unit for free.
My unit did unfortunately fail 4 years later, and was outside of warranty by a few years, but I did contact support again, and they gave me a discount, showing they appreciate their customers. If you want head tracking gear cheaper than Track IR at a high quality, you can't beat these folks and their products 🙂

Great product
Great product, easy to follow instructions. Setup a little finicky, but it's a trial and error kind of process to find the perfect setup for your own preference.
Update to reply: I'm OK with dialing it in myself to be honest, it's fairly straightforward. The main thing i was struggling with at first was it being far too sensitive, changing the Max input value was the only thing I needed to change to solve that. Works beautifully now, appreciate the offer of help though and was the reason I went with Delanclip over trying to make something myself. I had already read through reviews on here and saw how willing to help you guys are.

Slight issue with the USB C connection…
Slight issue with the USB C connection to my PC, found a quick fix on reddit for it though, otherwise great.
(Fix was pinching the end to make a better connection)
