Product arrived earlier than expected. The only bad part was the import tax for europeans… 35€… but its not delan clips fault.

As for the import tax, you're absolutely right—unfortunately, it's something set by the buyer's country and completely out of our hands. Just as a side note: customers in the UK also pay the equivalent of that ~35€ in VAT, but it’s included at checkout. If the UK were still in the EU, this tax would simply be part of the price for everyone in the EU too.

Very Smooth Tracking
I think the Delan clip and Open Track work very well. The motion feels smoother than Track IR. I wish there was a Linux port of Open Track.

Great replacment/upgrade to track clip pro
Had an issue with the first unit that was shipped. Problem was rectified pretty quickly with friendly customer service.
I've been using it for many months now. The product is sturdy and battery life is very good. Works well with trackir software.

Great product with great contact but the price still in my opinion a bit high for 3 led on a metal clip. But if we buy it, it is because it still cheaper than the other and already assembled.

Fantastic product with the proper tuning for each axis/setting. There are good examples you can replicate to get you started. Once operational the product performs well and really adds to my overall DCS experience. Additionally, they offer outstanding customer service. Reliable head tracking with a value price
The product is great. It uses 3d printed parts with a carbon fibre build plate texture which I love. Performance is great and the guides on the website are very easy to follow. The LEDs used are the correct type which are picked up as one dot for reference rather than reflecting within the diode to show up more than one. The only downside personally was that I had to pay import duty when I received it in India. Although that is no fault of the supplier and it was mentioned on the website that it is payable by the customer. Tried it for DCS so far, will try for Assetto Corsa and Truck simulators later one.
