Now we have a customer base of about 800 internet services providers (WISP), System Integrators (SI) and Resselers who regularly buy the networking equipment from us in all Europe. Usually we stock all the products in our UK warehouse, so they can be despatched the same day after we receive the payment. And if we don‘t stock the product you need at the moment in UK warehouse we will deliver it for you from our main Europe warehouse in about 4-5 working days. I'm pretty sure there was no warning…
I'm pretty sure there was no warning about my part being out of stock when I ordered it. I also asked that if I ordered it would it hold the part while payment was made. I was told it would however I think it didn't hold the stock and was out of stock by the time my order had been paid.
