Now we have a customer base of about 800 internet services providers (WISP), System Integrators (SI) and Resselers who regularly buy the networking equipment from us in all Europe. Usually we stock all the products in our UK warehouse, so they can be despatched the same day after we receive the payment. And if we don‘t stock the product you need at the moment in UK warehouse we will deliver it for you from our main Europe warehouse in about 4-5 working days. Not able to go the extra mile
Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery with UPS. Wifi-Stock only gave us an option for us to investigate with UPS ourselves and they were very reluctant to help us. With regard to processing orders no issues but shame when help was required they were unable to help us, heart stopping moment when a large/valuable order was lost for a short while... Faith restored in UPS who were very helpful in dealing with the issue both Customer Services and local Depot.

The best distributor out there!
Always top service! Every time the order is dispatched on the same day, minutes after the payment...how many companies can offer that? In addition, their phone help is great, their prices are the best and the whole buying experience is a pleasure. I can't recommend them enough.
