Matt installed ethernet face plates and a WiFi controller to connect our Annex with the main house WiFi. Tidy installation and explained it all clearly. Very happy customer.

Steven was highly professional and thorough with our recent installation. He was calm and understanding with our frantic questions and nervous energy. Steven was willing to help with other matters not related to WiFi. He was considerate of our property and offered helpful solutions to avoid aesthetic concerns.

WiFi heroes were incredibly prompt and efficient when setting up my wifi. From the first phone call to installation was less than 4 days. Steven arrived in the morning and had finished the installation within 2 hours and explained everything that he had done with clarity.

Excellent experience getting WiFi Heros to help with our home WiFi setup. I had made a mess of everything trying to do it myself and they got it sorted quickly at a decent price. Steven helped install it and he was very kind, kept me aware of what was happening, and stayed around to make sure we were getting good connections everywhere.

Matt was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and effective. He ensured that we understood the options, saving us money as a result. His installation was quickly achieved, with a good clean up and no mess.

Great WiFi setup around my property in Croydon

I'm very happy with my new Wi-Fi setup in my garden office! The installation was quick and efficient, and was very professional. The post-installation service has been equally impressive.

Samuel and Matt from WiFi Heros did a great job setting up the internet connection to my garden office. Zero fuss, neat work and very professional throughout. They've also been very responsive post-installation. Highly recommend these guys, having shopped around for quotes from others for some time before.
