Wifinity installed

Wifinity was installed for me 31st March, teething troubles at first.
Then today 2nd April I received an email from wifinity requesting a phone call from me.
The operative namely (Andrea) was polite very professional 👏 & a pleasure to talk to,She guided me through every step . Hooray I now have wifi on my television. I am an O.A.P. her patience was second to none. Big Thanks 😊 to ANDREA....

Amazing customer service5*

Amazing customer service! Checked into park dean for family Easter holiday and had is connecting to the wifi we were so lucky to get such amazing help and customer service from BILAL this man was a absolute credit to the company and helped us solve all of the issues. Wish more companies had this level of help and customer service. 10/10 5* rating

Had to cancel today due to not needing…

Had to cancel today due to not needing the internet anymore and can’t fault the process. I spoke to Karima; who was friendly and efficient; who sorted me out straight away. The internet was good overall and the cancellation isn’t because of poor service.

Outstanding technical support service

Outstanding technical support service. I spoke with Sophie and she was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She knows what to do and was very patient with me. I lost my access to the internet and no records of me in their system, but with her help, I’m connected back to my internet/wifi. Excellent customer/technical service support.
