Military user, they know we have no option but to use them so they fleece us on cost, for a service that ends up cutting out and dropping signal. The customer service is less than helpful and they curiously ignore your calls for renumeration despite not delivering on a product that you are paying over the odds for!

I had been trying to sign a friend into wifinity for some time, I phoned Wifinity twice but without any success signing in, I tried a third time and a lady called Sophie answer the phone, having explained my problem Sophie had me signed in in a flash, wonderful service.

I did have a problem connecting to the internet whilst at the Whitley bay holiday park.
So I called the help line and thanks to a very nice young lady called Lily. from Wifinity

WIFINITY is a total scam to our armed forces, charging a minimum of £33 for a monthly internet subscription which is the only available internet you can get when in single living Accomidation, each router is shared between 5 rooms, the signal constantly cuts in and out, does not reach the stated speeds on the website and is ripping off soldiers!
