Wig was returned to sender. USPS didn't try to look up my address in the system and apparently my phone number was wrong. I try looking into USPS and nothing was there, just Label Created, not in system. Gonna say I was scammed and gonna do a chargeback to get my money back and get a wig from elsewhere. Never doing business with y'all again. Sorry.

I've been a regular customer for 2 years and never in my two years have been so disappointed in their terrible customer service. I ordered a 65 cm wig and recieved a 100 cm wig in the mail. Even sending pictures of proof, the employee I had been in contact with kept trying to convince me that the wig was 75-80 cm and that a replacement couldn't be sent. I have plenty 100 cm wigs and compared wigs side by side and it was a 100 cm wig they sent. The employee tried to sway me with 3.00 in store credit and I was livid. They've admitted to their mistake of the wrong length wig and continue to refuse a replacement or refund. Compared to my older wigs I order from them too I also notice quality issues with newer wigs I order such as poorly sewn wefts and wig hooks. Never ordering from them again.

The wig came very quickly was packaged nicely. For the price of it the quality was nice and it was a relatively full wig. The wig does tend to get tangled easily but that is to be expected with a long wig. The colour was exactly as the picture shown as well.

I bought three wigs from wig-supplier.com, with black, pink and blonde color. I have to admit that their wigs are so comfortable and with really good quality material, everything is just perfect and the online service helps me a lot, I just looove my wigs!! Im sure will come to buy more wigs, yeah, the prices here are very cheap considering its good quality, I love this store!
