rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to share. I ordered a wig that looked nothing like the photos — it was poorly made, the color was off, and the texture felt cheap and synthetic despite being advertised as premium quality.

When I reached out to the company, hoping for a refund or at least an exchange, I was met with hostility. The owner responded personally and was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution, she blamed me for “not knowing how to wear it right” and accused me of trying to scam the business. I was stunned by how defensive and dismissive she was.

Customer service matters just as much as the product, and in this case, both were major failures. I absolutely do not recommend this company — save your money and shop elsewhere.

She is a scam. Wigs on the website are beautifully done. I ordered the "Aaliyah" wig, 20'. The one I received is a heavily greased wig that she is stating came from a vendor that is layered with 17 inches being the longest strands. On the website, she states she styles all of the wigs and shipped them out so how can this be a vendor's error?? Then she states wig got messed up during shipping. Shipping doesnt make a wig shorter or makes it greasy. Now that I have contacted her and the payment company about what I received with pictures, she's gone silent. She does not stand behind her products. She makes trying to support black business hard. I wish Trustpilot would allow pictures.
