I FEEL THAT IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO RECEIVE SHIPMENTS AND I DON'T LIKE THAT REWARDS EXPIRE OR EXPIRE SO QUICKLY. Ordering from Wig Studio 1 was great. I ordered an out of box wig. When it arrived, it looked brand new. I love the color. I love the style, but the edges of the wefting behind the ears is a problem. I’ve had to carefully cut edge of wefting in order to be worn.

I took a chance and ordered one of the discontinued wigs, Gabor Luck. I couldn't be more pleased. It fit almost perfectly right out of the box. The bangs needed a little trimming. I have received several compliments on this wig. I am considering ordering another for backup.

Have patience, don’t make a decision under pressure.
I love the sales, but I was not able to get a response from customer service timely for a description on the wig color on the BOGO offer. I searched for any reviews on the color and came up empty handed. As I mentioned, I sent a message to customer service to get info. No response so I took a chance and ordered. The same day I got a return call and after learning the color description, it was all wrong for me. Unfortunately I was told the order couldn’t be stopped. Learned my lesson, if I can’t confirm prior, don’t order. I received the two same wigs, Gramercy, which I loved the style, but color horrible on me and others agreed. I didn’t even open the other box with same wig and color. Unfortunately this set me back being on a fixed income and not being able to cancel or return it. I can’t sell them because I don’t have Venmo or PayPal. So depressing. Thinking I made a great purchase that turned out to be a loss for me. I would to add, customer service did contact me, but the ordered had been processed and could not be stopped. They offerer to have me return, box unopened but not at a full refund and understandably the mailing I would have to cover. Hence the reason I took a chance on the color and did not return. Customer service was still pleasant and great to deal with.
