Thank you for reaching out. You should not have needed to trim this piece unless it was personal preference. Most of our wigs are ready to wear. There are specs for each listing that might be helpful. Also, we offer free consultations to all of our clients that might be helpful. Beautiful color, beautiful cut and style. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the extreme thickness of the hair. My head was boiling hot 🥵 in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I can’t wear it.

A used wig was shipped to me
A wig that was used was shipped to me. I paid for a new wig. It was ‘sanitized” to look like new, but it smelled like shampoo and the back ends where a clear giveaway that the wig was used and washed.
