The hair piece is good quality however it was too dark.
A fair credit was provided and the service and response was excellent.

Excellent customer service. I did have an issue with the wig color as the marketing photo was not the same as uwig I received. That was disappointing but if you order something online without actually seeing the true product you may risk being disappointed.
Chris was very timely in his responses and provided a fair and satisfactory resolution. I’ll probably try again with hopefully better results

Were very helpful dealing with issue I was having .

I received excellent customer service from Chris. My issue was handled quickly and professionally. I was offered and agreed to a resolution that was fair for both parties.

I was a little unsure about my 1st wig purchase from Wigyy as it was longer and darker then I expected but Chris in customer service was amazing with some useful tips and I LOVE my new wig. I will definitely be purchasing more items from this company.
