Well packaged plenty of ice, A good choice of game, and pies all at a good price. also small quantity sizes so we can defrost and cook with little or in some cases no left overs to use up

Poor service and delivery never turned up keeps saying wrong address considering lived here 15years and every one els can deliver here with the same address shocking now guessing be a struggle to get a refund as the perishable goods will be wasted

What a difference a week makes! My order from Wild and Game ,which was due for delivery last week, arrived a day late and with all the contents defrosted, so we returned it.
The day after that failed delivery, I managed to make contact with Wild and Game and their managing director, Steve, could not have done more to remedy the situation. After speaking to the delivery company, he arranged to resend the order for delivery today. I'm pleased to say it arrived, safe and sound, this morning, with the contents still frozen. The food all looks delicious and I am already thawing some to cook tomorrow. Thank you, Steve, you have totally redeemed your company's reputation with me!

Excellent! Too much packaging but excellent product.

The goods arrived in a really well insulated box and was in a very good condition,well wrapped and labelled.
The meat is always good and l would have more but don't have the space in my freezer. Game meat is still an unknown thing to a lot of people,and l wish that it was more easily available and advertised, as l find that people are wary,which is so sad as it is such a natural meat and needs more publicity. Talks to WI etc might get a wider audience...just a thought. A good idea putting recipe leaflets with the meats is a very good idea.
