So far so bad! I've ended. So far after two weeks no email access. I have a private domain and Wildanet can't cope with that it seems. Next they recommend Yealink as a supplier of VOIP telephones, I bought one £40 only to be told it's not compatible, Regarding the email You can go on the help page on their web page and ask for help and it opens an Outlook message folder, not much use when you can't use emails. I will be demanding a refund of the cost of employing an IT consultant to sort this mess for me, any problems and I will be putting a small clames court claim in.

The whole procedure went smoothy from the time we agreed with the Sales Agent to switch to Wildanet to installation. In fact, the changeover was completed two weeks ahead of the anticipated time. We had one slight hitch when transferring the landline but this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the technical support team. All in all we couldn't fault the staff and our Sales Agent, Kizzie, was particularly helpful, even to the point of follow-up contact after everything was completed.

I ordered Wildanet’s flagship 2Gb broadband on 19th January 2026. Over two months later, I’m no closer to actually having a service, unless silence and guesswork now count as part of the package!
Communication is, quite frankly, non-existent. In that time, I’ve received just two emails. One of them asked whether I still wanted to proceed because they “hadn’t heard from me,” which would be amusing if it wasn’t so absurd, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly just to get the bare minimum of information and they’ve even failed in offering that.
The last update I received was over a month ago (after I chased them of course) when I was told a second site survey was required. Since then, absolutely nothing. No updates, no timelines, no sense that this order is being actively managed at all.
What’s most impressive is how a company can market a premium, ultra-fast broadband service while delivering a customer experience that is this slow, this unresponsive, and this disconnected. At this point, the only thing moving at 2Gb speed is the rate at which confidence in this company disappears.
Delays can happen, I understand that. But a complete lack of communication, ownership, or basic customer care over a two-month period is simply unacceptable. This does not reflect well on a local “Cornish company”, quite the opposite. Incompetence springs to mind.
If you’re considering Wildanet, be prepared to do all the chasing yourself, receive little to no meaningful response, and ultimately wonder whether anything is happening at all. If minus stars were a thing, they would be getting many of them! Shockingly poor.

Signed up to Wildanet in September 2025, it’s now the end of March 2026 and they still haven’t installed it (6 months). I’ve chased and they just say it’s due to their 3rd party not doing the work required to install it and they can’t give me any date for installation. Pretty poor really and honestly doesn’t give me any confidence if I ever need repairs!
So now looking at Airband - I’m sure they’ll take my money!

Our first contact was with the field sales agent (Jack) who was very helpful and kept us informed. The installation itself was straightforward following a thorough survey. The contractors who laid the cable were very tidy and considerate. Our internal installation was done by Jamie who left no mess and clarified everything we needed to know.
