The whole installation experience was absolutely trouble-free from start to finish. The installation, from the exterior work though to the internal installation was done in a day, despite me having to change the installation date.
Andy was a fantastic engineer: polite,professional and fantastic to talk to. An absolute credit to the company.
The fibre speeds (380md/s) are making me happy too!

The team at Wildanet have been exceptionally helpful. Things were sliding in the wrong direction, but first Anna steadied the ship and took proactive actionn which was very comforting.
Then Andy, the attending engineer, went above and beyond in terms of information, contact and overall guidance through the process calling and messaging with updates and always following up.
All in all an exceptional experience and a team that are a credit to the organisation - if the whole team are like Anna and Andy then they can't fail but to succeed.

Got a good deal on the family package. Booked it on the Tuesday and was all installed on the same Friday. Speeds of over 200mb/s off the bat, 5X what we had with Vodafone.

Starting with Mark from Wildanet sales team, super efficient and we battled our way through having no internet at the time of signing-up.

Yes it got sorted eventually when the money was taken twice they wrote before the event and it still happened. Veterans discount advertised but never had it.

Jamie came this morning to connect our external cables into our home.
It was not a straight forward process (the way the house is set up) however Jamie took time to listen to me and to work with my request (to please hide all the wiring) and he completed the job to a very high standard. He was extremely careful within our home and with the work he had to carry out (taking down some coving to hide the wires) and left the area clean and tidy.
Jamie was friendly and courteous throughout. Cannot praise him enough... He is a big asset to your team. Thank you Wildanet and thank you Jamie! A very happy customer.

The two young chaps who completed the internal wiring were excellent (Finn and Kai) as was Jack who had to come to sort out a problem with the external wiring(carried out by contractors). Jack was then able to connect all my devices.

Friendly installer on the day. Efficient contractors to lay fibre cable albeit little English spoken. Installer did not hoover mess from drilling so one star dropped. Happy with the speeds and service at the moment.

Chloe has done a fantastic job installing fibre to my new home. All the cables are well hidden and no mess to clear up afterwards. Very polite, friendly and certainly knew they were doing. Everything installed and up and running in no time. And as a bonus, the new router is running faster than the old equipment in my old home! Very happy.

Chloe came to our house on Thursday 5th march to connect us internally to Wildanet. The outside cabling had already been fitted.
Chloe discussed with me were to fit the box and we settled on the lounge as the best option. She talked through what she would need to do and where the cable would run on the outside and that she would need to drill a hole through the wall.
Chloe was very nice and did an excellent job, very efficient, tidied up, and once the router had been set up she made sure I was connected the new WiFi. Also gave me a contact if any problems. Five stars for chloe

Everything about the experience was great - except- the password on the router was so small, it took several attempts to decipher what it was. Not great for anyone with less than 100% eyesight. Perhaps Wildanet could address this.

Signed up/order placed on Saturday, by the following Friday two members of staff were at my door ready to fit the hardware and connect me to the network.
Very fast and efficient service.
Matt G and Jamie were the engineers who visited my property to connect me and setup the equipment. Both gentlemen were very friendly, discussed the location options for the router and had me connected to the internet before midday.
Matt G and Jamie are assets to the business and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service alongside neat and tidy workmanship.
