Our database management changed forever!
Once we began using Wild Apricot, our database management changed forever! It is an effective and intuitive system, easy to use, and a real time saver. As a national professional organization, we can now communicate with our 700+ members more effectively, process memberships and event registrations, run reports and set up e-blasts in advance. We highly recommend this system!
workload reduction
the fact that everyone can work on the same membership database, group coordinators, membership officers, treasurer, makes life so much easier for everyone. And it has cut back on the workload of our volunteers.
Creating the webpages takes some getting used to WA's functionality, just because some buttons are in a different place.
Uploading an existing member database to get started was straightforward.
Events cannot be imported, so it is a new start when the site goes live on WA. The training of event coordinators has been time consuming, just because there as sooo many options. The options make it super-flexible and allows for a lot of many scenarios, so everyone is still learning (we have used the system for 4 months only).

Wild Apricot has proven to be a reliable event management partner for our lecture series. One of the most impressive attributes is their online support. It is generally easy to get through on the phone and the technical support folks are patient and easy to work with. They have thus far answered all my questions and helped me find a workable solution.

Terriffic software that gives us mult-function capability so beneficial to our Veterans website: Membership database; Donations; Event Management; Mass email capability, etc.

I have used Wild Apricot for about 10 years now. I was able to develop a website for our organization, and I have no formal website training. I was able to speak to the technicians whenever I needed help, and they were always helpful, and still are.
Great for managing organization membership and events
Wild Apricot has served our non-profit organization well, keeping track of membership and processing payments. The event management has been good. No software is perfect, and I have submitted some ideas for enhancements. Overall, I would recommend this product. Support has been great, when needed.
Wild Apricot is GOLDEN
Wild Apricot is GOLDEN! I have tried other systems for my events and Wild Apricot is superior, second to none. The flyers come out nice and sharp and our clients find the registration process very easy. Wild Apricot has recently updated the software, so I am planning on getting with one of their awesome Apricot reps in the near future to help me become an expert at using all of their features.

What I like the best about Wild Apricot is trust. I trust that when I have an issue with my site (usually my own issue, not theirs) they are going to jump through hoops, bend over backwards, do any kind of stretching necessary to help me. I have complete confidence in their technical support and the layers of service they provide. They don't subscribe to "leave us a message, WE MIGHT get back to you" - they really show they value their clients by making their communications and service a priority. Go Team Wild Apricot!

Wild Apricot has made great strides in keeping the software updated and easy to use for a variety of level of users for our organization. We really like the interface to PayPal allowing our members and sponsors to easily make their annual or onetime payment.
