This is a great company. Ordering is seamless, and the quality of the arrangements is incredible.
The flowers were really beautiful but I ordered an abundant bouquet . It cost 195 pounds ! When it arrived it was not abundant at all. It looked like a regular sized bouquet.

The flowers didn't arrive on the date the courier specified and missed the occasion. The courier did not respond to any communication despite many attempts. The recipient waited in all day for the delivery.
I tried to contact Wild at Heart who did not respond to this time sensitive issue.
The flowers arrived looking past their best and only lasted a few days which was embarrassing. They definitely looked like they were once great flowers but three days is not acceptable.
Advice: 1 Change your courier
2 No response to a paying customer with a time sensitive issue is not acceptable - employ more staff
3 Don't let Holland dispatch flowers that are past their best
Such a shame to leave a negative review - but had no choice
The only response a customer gets shouldn't be on Trustpilot !

Ordered flowers to be same-day delivered on a Saturday. Don’t know what they looked like so can’t review. No tracking available, no updates from Wild at Heart, so I called on Monday to check and they told me due to ‘human error’ they weren’t delivered. They later said the flowers had been delivered after all. Emailed customer service (to the CEO) about such a poor experience, and never heard back from anyone. Really poor.

Beautiful flowers delivered as per instructions. Ordered from Australia and no problems at all. Absolutely perfect!
Bad experience with poor communication. I've had better with flower companies charging me 50 quid, so had hoped for more help on an issue after paying close to 300 in one day on orders. Have been my go-to for many years but will not use again.

I love Wild at Heart flowers and have bought from them over many many years. This time I was ordering flowers for a very ill friend of my daughter's and as she is abroad she asked me to do it. Three times I put the recipients address in and thought it was all fine until the flowers were delivered to me/ I was so shocked that I refused delivery which was obviously a stupid thing to do. I then called customers service and DPD but was unable to get the driver to come back. I was told they would be sent back to Wild at Heart . £140 down the drain and the very old friend of my daughter received nothing.
The most beautiful wreath.
It looks stunning on our front door. Foliage is full and smells amazing. The only thing I wish it came with was the ribbon to hang it especially for the price BUT that’s a very minor extra touch. Weve had people stop and take pictures of it and you can smell the scent from the door. Stunning and truly representative of the Christmas magic. Will defo buy another for next year or my holiday gatherings.
I paid by shop pay and realised immediately that the address would be mine not the recipient so sent an email to correct
The mistake straight away. The flowers were sent to me and they were for someone who had just had a baby - not me! It was Christmas Eve and I could do nothing about it so I ended up with flowers costing a huge amount of money which didn’t get to the intended recipient.
I made a few mistakes with my order and the team were very quick polite and responsive to sorting it out for me.
Delivered bouquet identical to website pic and delivered promptly.
The team were great in offering solutions and adding the bows I wanted to my beautiful wreath and the whole experience from ordering and changing my order to collection and decorating with bows was perfect. Thank you
Wilting, pale, ragged. Looked like they grabbed the discard pile off the floor and wrapped it up.

The flowers were delivered without my message so the receivers did not know who it was from :-(
