Be warned Awful and dishonest merchant
Order no WCS#3075 l placed my order on the 15th October, on the 18th October the merchant contacted me stating that l have some how managed to order an item that they don’t even stock?? How is this even possible??? I was offered an alternative lock which l wasn’t interested in so l replied questing a full refund as they weren’t able to fulfil my order, which l never received reply, l have since emailed the merchant today for the 3rd time but it appeared that they are choosing to ignore my emails and haven’t issued a refund
