Incredible kayaking experience
We took a kayaking tour with Wilderness Scotland. *Everything* about it was well done. The guides were incredible - great teachers, knowledgeable about All Things Scotland, kind, and expert at planning excursions that were challenging but not impossible. We saw glorious beaches, stunning views, and had a great time kayaking the ocean around the Isle of Mull. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The food was wonderful (and they were able to accommodate my ridiculous list of allergies.) This was literally the best vacation we've ever had, and it was because of the wonderful people at Wilderness Scotland.
Wonderful hiking in the Cairngorms
We had a wonderful guide, scenic, well-planned routes and comfortable accommodations. We had a truly memorable experience hiking in the Cairngorms!
Wilderness Scotland provides a quality walking holiday.
Wilderness Scotland provides a quality experience. I had complete confidence in our guide who was not only a very competent navigator but also an interesting storyteller. Accommodation and food were excellent. I will definitely book with them again.

Wilderness Scotland does an outstanding job designing and executing there trips. The lodging, food and guides are all terrific.
The guides are friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I’ve had two Wilderness Scotland experiences and can’t wait to sign up for a third.

Fabulous week biking with Wilderness Scotland. Biked 35-40 miles everyday and every day was more beautiful than the previous day. The accommodations were comfortable and classy. Food was great. But nothing could compare with our two guides who made the trip extra special. I’ve done a number of bike trips and pour guides were the best of the best!

The West Highland Way
I recently completed the West Highland Way with Wilderness Scotland it was an enjoyable walk with a lot of varied scenery. Our guide Kristina was helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this walk.
The trek was wonderful
The trek was wonderful. Wilderness Scotland has a great pre-trip staff. The guide was very average
Cairngorms National Park
I recently had the pleasure of exploring Cairngorms National Park with our guide, Aidon, and I was thoroughly impressed by the diversity of nature in this stunning landscape. Aidon’s unwavering guidance throughout the trip made the experience truly exceptional. His knowledge and passion for the park were evident, and he ensured that we appreciated every aspect of the journey. I’m grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the beauty of the park.
As a suggestion, it would be fantastic if the company could offer more family-friendly packages or personalized experiences, particularly for those with young children. It would also be great to include options for outdoor camping, allowing families to fully immerse themselves in nature while balancing adventure and relaxation.
The guides were great but …..
The guides were great, and worked hard to make our holiday fun ,challenging and safe. Some of the routes on busy roads were a challenge, in particular South Deeside road in Aberdeen which the local cyclists avoid because it’s well known to be dangerous. I know as I live there!
My overall feedback is that your Brand Name is Wilderness Scotland. But the cycling trips you offer overall are not really Wilderness experiences, I struggled to find one and the Coast to Coast one was the only one which seemed to be close and it appears our trip was the last time you re offering it.

Wilderness Scotland are an excellent company who look after their customers at every level with friendly, knowledgable guides with lots of experience, taking guests to remote parts of Scotland, using lovely spots for accommodation and places to eat. High quality tours and fantastic adventures.
All around excellent company…
All around excellent company with wonderful staff. We loved our guide on the Skye & Outer Hebrides walking trip and fully enjoyed the well-balanced pace and variety offered. Highly recommend!
Still feeling the glow of Scotland walk
I decided on the walk in Scotland for the walking experience in a beautiful setting with a friend that now lives in Texas. Forty years ago she and I had hiked the Inca Trail together and wanted another walking trip. What I was not thinking about was the food or lodging - wow - they were incredible and made the experience over the top great. Our guide was knowledgeable in history, natural science and the small group really got along. Excellent trip - I still feel the glow!
Fabulous scenery
Fabulous scenery, great hikes, wonderful
Guide Gordon and excellent food. Can’t be beat!
A trip that I’ll talk about for a long time
It was an ambitious trip for me and I loved every minute. Everything was taken care of and the guides Simon and Findlay were wonderful. I want to do another trip with Wilderness Scotland.
Hiking on Outer Hebrides
The combination of breath taking scenery, serenity, history, culture, and great conversation made for a very memorable experience. Our guide (Craig) was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and witty. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
