I made my order, waited for 5 weeks with no delivery. I sent several messages checking in without any replies. And then one day I suddenly I received an order cancellation in email without any explandation. I haven't been refudned. And their website is no longer working with no way to contact them.
They did not send my order and when I asked to send it or to refund me they canceled my order without refunding my money. Scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
I will make a police case about this, if you had the same experience please do the same as they might be able to stop this fraudster!
The guy who owns this enterprise WildFit is called Nicolay Baardseth. I still have not received any answers from Customer service/his company/him. The money has disappeared in a black void.... no goods received. But let us get him know us!!!
I send to them 900 kroners they said will send me the product I didn’t get anything , than I try to contact them again and I wait for answer , it’s a scam , but I have someone who work in police department than they will fix that scam markets , they said the same bulshit I will get 50% discount never trust this fake website
I really want to give 10 minus stars. I ordered on 29 Aug and 3 days later I sent email after I realised that I did not get any confirmation. No answer at all, though I tried to send another 2 emails. Luckily, my payment is through Klarna. I asked Klarna to pause payment. The day later, got email from Wildfit said the package was sent. I sent e-mail to ask "tracking", NO ANSWER at all. On 23 Sep, got email to apologise bla bla bla and gave 50% off for next purchase. NO thanks! NEVER AGAIN.
