I have not received such horrible customer service in many years. I bought the RGB halo lights and they do not work well. The connections are terrible - the lights flicker on every bumpy road. The app is terrible. The first app worked and then disappeared from my iPhone. Customer Service told me to look for the new app which asks me for a password. I have never set a password.

They cannot be reached via phone call, customer service is via email - takes days to get a response. Multiple excuses are given for the long response times. They never offer to replace the product or refund the purchase. Only “try this” or “try that”.

I wasted my money with this crappy company. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!

If there were 0 stars that would be my rating. I ordered a tail light for above my back tire that I didn't need as my jeep i purchased already had one so returned it by Fed ex got the confirmation email that Wildrock received the return & signed for it but they are saying they never got it & their reply was...so sorry & kept my money & the returned item. Total crooks! Don't buy from them there are tons of reputable Jeep places to buy from.

Placed order for new bumper for my jeep, in stock when ordered on 8-24. Now, almost a month later. It is out of stock. Can I wait?? No! Why was I not notified immediately about the issue?? Like previous reviews I wish I would have looked here first. Now have to try and get my refund!

Horrible company!!! Wished I would have looked here before I made a purchase with them. Their phone number doesn't work. They won't respond to emails. I finally got a response only after I made numerous posts on their Facebook page. And then they acted like they did nothing wrong. Scammers!!!!!!!

Worthless company! Do not waste your money. I got taken, but you dont need to. I ordered grab handles are only functional as a paper weight. Run away screaming from wildrock 4x4!

Can I give less than 1 star? HORRIBLE company. Ordered headlights for my Jeep and waited over a month to get them. Unable to contact company. Won’t return phone calls or emails. Headlights are obviously used and absolutely beat to hell because of poor packaging. Not shipped in factory box, no instructions, and missing a wiring harness. Attempted to get refund, but they refuse to answer phone calls or emails. Filed complaint with BBB and moving on to fraud complaint with MasterCard. What a s**t company. Do I need to advise not to do business with them?

I ordered a Hard Top Carrier Storage Cart Rack for my jeep wrangler. The quality of the item was very poor, it did not fit the hardtop and it kept tipping over. It scratched my hardtop and I ended up not using it. There was no assembly instructions or any type of instructions. The rack was $120 and according to their refund policy, if I choose to return this item I would have to pay shipping cost to their warehouse in California and they will deduct the original shipping cost from my refund. A complete waste of money.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? I preordered in March. Emailed in April to ask for update. I was told "it's a preorder, 1.5-2 months. I emailed in early Jun, "2 months was May 30". was told, it's coming, we need to verify your phone number for delivery. Email used poor syntax, included, "don't worry". If it seems too good to be true, it is. Pretty sure WildRock 4x4 is in Phoenix, China not Az.

Ordered mirrors on June 1st. I never received an estimated arrival date. I followed up 6/13 and they said they were back-ordered at the factory and would ship 6/20. 6/20 came and went with no word from them. When I followed up again they said the truck had an accident. They replied to my emails very quickly - until I asked for a refund. Now they will not return my emails or my money - and i do not have the mirrors. I should have researched the company. Spending 5 minutes would have alerted me that they are just a scam company. Who doesn't have a phone number? Next stop is the BBB.

I ordered jeep mirrors and they billed my paypal April 28, I finally emailed June 2nd and they sent a tracking number later that day showing order was prepared to ship.
Supposed to be here June 9th. Fingers crossed.

Should NOT already bill me if they know item is out of stock and it will be over a month before it ships!

I ordered a rear wheel cover. Got confirmation of order. Never received tracking code, OR confirmation of shipment. 800 number disconnected. Email bounced. called direct left left several messages, none returned. It as been a month and no response. I have filed a complaint with the credit card people. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered a painted grille. Fitment was good, a few flaws with dust under the paint. The biggest issue is it didnt match. The color is not correct. I selected the right color and chose the vehicle and paint color. I like it enough to pay to have it repainted myself vs ordering another from them or any where else and risking the same issue with paint matching. The thing is inexpensive to buy so spending another couple hundred to have it repainted isn't the end of the world. Hence the two stars. When I ordered this I knew it was a gamble. I read the numerous poor reviews related to returns and decided to gamble because the grilles are cheap. Glad its just a color issue and not fitment. At least this way I don't have to deal with trying to return it.

Wildrock4x4 is a scam company! I ordered a jeep grill as a Christmas gift for my husband. He decided he wanted a different one. I contacted Wildrock to return it. All their email responses seem computer generated. I have asked repeatedly for their phone number. And proper return address. I returned the item to the address on the box, and after many emails, they finally said, you sent it, to the wrong address, sorry. I have since seen they have an F rating with the BBB, I will never do business with them again!! What kind of business doesnt provide a proper phone number!!

Fraudulent company. Sent me a defective (or knock off?) Jeep JK front grill which was not made properly, unable to install. This is one of the easiest possible installs, literally snapping in a grill, similar to the skill needed to snap in a Lego. Company refused to admit fault, despite after further research where I identified similar complaints. Finally got them to send me a return shipping label, but it was addressed to another unsuspecting CUSTOMER!!!! I refused to send it to them, so they eventually provided a proper return shipping label. They have since received the package, sending me pictures of the box significantly damaged (they clearly did this) and continue to refuse to refund my money. So now, I do not have a grill and am out over $100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BBB investigation (appears they’ve already had a history of same) along with a charge back on my credit card.

Absolutely horrible customer service, not only was my parts made incorrectly and color was wrong, they basically told me after sending pictures that they are sorry about the color and I had the part backwards. So I took some pictures of the part orientated they way they said and the part was even more misaligned. They also didn’t address the fact that the part was to wide and wouldn’t fit anyway.

We were helped quickly, everyone was happy and helpful. We have told many friends, family and strangers about your website. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the Jeep we chose. Couldn't be happier. Thank you,

I was looking everywhere to get a special grille as a birthday present for my husband's 2008 4 door wrangler. Everything I found was matte black one(which is definitely not what I was looking for).The car is Ocean Blue. I contacted these guys and they were able to make it.I sent them the color code, they adjusted the paint color several times, and made a same color grille for me. I cannot express how happy I was when I received it. Many thanks.

First of all, I am very grateful to wildrock4x4. My first purchase at wildrock in August last year for my new car, and since then, it has become my only choice. The reason is not only that I can get what I want here, But more that I get great support and service. Once I wanted to buy something that they didn't have. They helped me find it with great enthusiasm and gave it to me at a great price. Thank you very much. Wildrock has well earned Our business, along with our trust & loyalty. Ordered a headlight bracket for my jeep wrangler JL (2018) two weeks ago. After purchasing the bracket Wildrock sent me and email letting em know I would receive an email and a text once the brackets were sent out. I never received an email or text. A week later I emailed Wildrock, no response, emailed them again, no response. They have no number attached to their website so you can't call in. There was a number attached to the charge on my credit card, called them and the number doesn't exist. I've filed a dispute and will never purchase a thing from these guys.

We purchased a grill on October 17, 2018. As of to date money was taken from our account, no grill received and many attempts to be in contact with seller...no return email and no phone number to contact. Will be investigated by bank. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
