Five star service! On my day off I got to visit the amazing wild Scottish sauna in St Andrews west sands location and wow what an experience. I was truly left feeling relaxed and uplifted with the contrast of hot and cold. Such a great view I love all your sauna locations and the positive energy from the staff. Such a great way to recharge in complete luxury. A truly exceptional experience of sauna and sea. I look forward to many more saunas. #feelingalive

Beautiful experience, we had a fantastic sauna and swim during our WildStrong Course in May. It's such a gem of a spot - only slightly lessened by being right next a busy car park.

What a fantastic day ! 15 mins in sauna then a run out into the North Sea . What an exhilarating experience. Will def be back .

I would recommend the wild Scottish sauna to anyone who simply wants to just have a bit of chill time! I am a nurse and I work long 12 hour shifts. I feel at times I just work, sleep and eat and feel like I have no time for me! This made me relax, breathe while enjoying this spectacular view 🥰 Jamie was an amazing host, lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble! Very calming influence. Thank you so much Jamie, this is just what I needed to get my thoughts together and unwind a little!

Beautiful sauna on a beautiful beach. The sauna is clean and staff are lovely. I am making it a priority to come here regularly as a staple of good wellbeing. It is much more relaxing than any spa I have been to. Easy parking too.

We went to the Wild Scottish Sauna to celebrate my birthday and we had THE best day ❤ i can't thank the staff enough for making us feel so welcome. The sauna is spotlessly clean and well looked after. Kingsbarns beach is beautiful and even a chilly February day couldn't keep us away from having a dook! Watching the waves and getting cosied up in the sauna was absolute bliss. We will definitely be back again for a dose of vitamin sea 🌊 💕

Please please please make a season ticket where we can book in the same slot each week!! It’s a ball-ache to book through the website, especially for more than one person.

We had such a good time at Wild Scottish Sauna! It’s perfectly situated on Kingsbarns beach with a quick and easy path down to the water, which is great for having a dip!!! We attended social sessions both times and it was great chatting to other people who enjoyed the cold water too. The two girls we met working at the sauna were great and let us know how much longer we had and never failed to ask us how we were enjoying it.. Thoroughly recommend as it’s a great and different way to relax, and the view of the sea was amazing!

We had a great time at Kingsbarns beach at Wild Scottish Sauna. The experience was brilliant and the sauna was beautiful with the most amazing view of the beach. Great place to go with family or friends to really relax and is perfect for our cold dips! We have attended social sessions and made new friends each time, so it’s great if you fancy going alone too. The girls working both times we came were so helpful and chatty. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in cold water, or just wanting to try something new, and it’s very easy to book😀

Absolutely brilliant experience. Lovely wood fired sauna in a beautiful location on Kingsbarn beach. Perfect for a dip in the sea and sauna combo. Staff are really lovely and make you feel so welcome. The fabulous cheesy toast shack is nearby if you fancy a warm drink or post sauna snack. We visited on NYE and saw out the year with a dip in the sea and relaxing sauna before watching the sun go down. Just perfect! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous experience. Met by a great couple who showed & explained everything we needed to know. The sauna was exceptionally clean. The distance from Sauna to sea was ideal. Shared with 7 other people. Plenty of room and the bonus of someone bringing aromatherapy oils . 💯% recommended . See you soon.

Great fun and something different to do. Great experience and felt refreshed afterwards. Even after swimming in the North Sea in November!!

Wild, stormy North Sea whilst viewed from this incredible sauna - what a way to spend some of my birthday! Of course we were wild swimming too - invigorating is an understatement! We hired the sauna out for an hour - thoroughly recommend doing this, but also the public sessions are a nice way to have a chit chat with some like-minded folk too! All in all, a highly unique experience in a beautiful setting. The ladies running this business are also fab to deal with - warm, friendly and nothing too much trouble. No hesitation in giving this 5 stars!

Loved it. The sauna was clean, spacious and although my friends had to share it with others they were like minded and just really lovely too. The sea was cold and choppy and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Another fabulous time spent at Wild Scottish Sauna, the stormy weather made it an even more exhilarating experience! Loving it more and more and can’t wait to come back. We came to wild Scottish sauna for some post wedding relaxation with friends visiting from Melbourne - and wow. The host was very welcoming and the sauna had stunning sea views from lovely cosy space, beautiful clean sand, and a (very) refreshing sea to cool off in - highly recommend.
