The sauna is amazing
The sauna is amazing. We had a friendly welcome and the sauna is clean and comfortable with an indoor area to hang coats and bags. The view of the beach from inside the sauna is beautiful and it’s just a tiny slope to walk down on to the beach. There are no rocks to walk over so no need for flip flops. Would thoroughly recommend

This is an amazing sauna. The setting is gorgeous and standard high. We booked a Swimrise with breakfast included and it was everything and more. Seeing the sunrise while in the sauna is spectacular. So peaceful... We will be back. Thank you Jamie & Jayne

Cosy and relaxing
Jamie and Jayne were very accommodating and made us feel really welcome with some small gifts for our honeymoon. The place is amazing and very easy to jump in and out of the water. Highly recommend!

Felt wonderfully refreshed and revitalised after visiting the Wild Scottish Sauna. Much bigger than I had imagined and they’ve certainly not penny pinched in setting it up. Amazing views. Managed three dips within the hour booking slot. Everyone left happy. In this post COVID world getting out and being social is ever more important. Plus the host was excellent.

Picture postcard views - a must do activity!!
What an absolutely fantastic place! The sauna is perfectly situated looking out onto the sea, with breathtaking views of the beach. Myself and a group of guys met here for our inaugural mens’ wild swimming dook and totally loved it. The sauna is lovely and toasty, and a 10 second walk to the sea, as a perfect place to cool off.
Would strongly recommend this an an experience not to miss! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Brilliant Kingsbarns beach sauna
Brilliant beachside sauna here. Sweating it out in the heat while taking in the ocean views was a top notch experience. The sauna is set just seconds from the sea, so I could conveniently alternate between sitting in the hot sauna and taking refreshing dips in the cold water during my booked time. This place is a real find. Ideal for a re-energising day out. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

After a dip in the refreshing sea enjoyed the warmth of the spacious new sauna. Great window looking out over the beach to the sea and combined with good company and the sound of the waves lapping was Ab Fab!

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! The sauna is incredibly high quality with a stunning view over the beach and ocean. Will definitely be going again and telling everyone about it! If you’re after a one-of-a-kind experience on one of the best Scottish beaches I would definitely recommend Wild Scottish Sauna!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience, tried the sauna today for the first time and I was quite nervous of going into the sea but I found it very refreshing did both twice, I look forward to doing it again.
