Michelle was so friendly and informative on the phone, guided me to choose a trail camera that I’m extremely pleased with, and within my budget. When I changed my mind and rang back to add extra lenses to my purchase she sorted that out immediately. This was mid afternoon on. Friday, and my order arrived on Saturday morning. Great service with a personal touch, thank you!

Camera signal to receiver only works when they are 1.5 metres apart if yiu put the bird box camera on an outside wall and the tv inside.
Distance rating very deceptive and misleading.

Further to the UPDATE of this review being posted(on 23/3/25) , I can confirm I have had 2 missed calls from the company. Both were missed because I work night shifts! They were not ignored.
The intention was to contact the company in reply to their calls during office hours on Monday 24th but as they could not wait to post, there now seems little point in making this call !
With regards the review, the invite was to review my purchase of the camera through the company.
At no point has any negative feedback been given about the company it was solely given on the camera , it drastic limitations and how it was advertised! If information was posted that distance could be reduced to as little as 1.5 metres, should you wish to use the camera in an outside bird box and view with an internal monitor, the there would be no need to contact the company.
Whilst I thank the company for their missed calls , listening to the message on the recording, I am conficted as to whether the initial call was to help me out or because it was 2 star instead of 5 as it started with "I am calling about the 2 star review that you gave us because prior to this we had a 5 star rating"
The camera is installed and things have been relocated within the property to address the very short connection distance so returning the item now is not really an option.

Happy with my purchase and the advice received.

I needed some Energizer AA Lithium batteries for my Browning trail camera.
These batteries are becoming more difficult to find and also they are becoming expensive. So I decided to look on the Wildview Cameras website and they were in stock and at a sensible price plus they were delivered within a couple of days. Excellent service!
PS: My camera was also purchased from Wildview.

A camera I purchased almost 2 years ago developed a fault - I didn’t realise it was still under warranty and was looking for a repair facility. Michele at Wild View Cameras alerted me to the fact that it WAS still under warranty and started the ball rolling to effect a repair or replacement. Long story short I now have a brand new replacement at no cost to me.
I worked in after sales for most of my life and understand the rules of engagement - trust me when I say this company puts customer care before profit.

Bought a trail camera from wild view cameras. I was unsure of which one to buy, so I phoned up for a bit of guidance and the lady on the phone was really helpful. Absolutely love the camera, just what I was looking for. Wouldn’t have had a clue unless I’d spoken to these experts. Would definitely use again without hesitation.
