I've used this product for 2 years now
I've used this product for 2 years now. My dog swims a lot in the river and a lot of the more chemical brands have been shown to have a detrimental effect on the wildlife in the river. So far no fleas!! It does mean giving him a little spray every day in the warmer months but I'm happy to do this for the benefits. It smells good too.

Nothing but the best
I have never had a pet before so now we are retired we have the time to dedicate the time needed for our puppy Harley…He is now 10 months and we adore him….So I wanted to be sure whatever I bathed him in was something that I had confidence in…WildWash is great….I started with just the shampoo for sensitive skin just in case he may have had a reaction to a stronger shampoo….It was lovely and his coat is very shiny and healthy looking….I have now ordered a slightly different shampoo, something a little more fragrant, also a conditioner.
I am sure it will be just as good, if not better….

I just love this product I take my dogs…
I just love this product I take my dogs to the lake and we walk the shoreline for driftwood ever since I have put wild wash on them they have never had a bite not even from a spider this stuff is amazing

I can see you have bought this product this month and I can give you some more advice how to use it so that it works for you. All our products use natural ingredients to work gently but effectively on our pets. The tear stain remover isn't chemical so it will not have an immediate effect. It will work gradually to reduce the tear stain from your dog's eyes. There really is nothing that will take away a tear stain completely, but with continued use of our tear stain remover, it will gradually reduce the stain and prevent further staining building up. We use this tear stain remover in our own groomers and have seen significant improvements on the dogs it is used on consistently. We have master groomers all over the world that use this product and we have videos that can help show you how to use it. The shampoo smells amazing and rinses…
The shampoo smells amazing and rinses easily, the smell lasted about a week. I only rated it 4 stars because I'm not sure if it's prevented fleas or ticks as I had already treated my dog a month before.

Great service for a great product - wildwash leaves my dog groomer fresh!
Quick dispatch, thoughtfully packed products but most importantly, they work! Wonderful smell and they dilute well which makes it easy to give my very big golden retriever puppy a lovely wash and condition. His coat hasn't felt as good as this without going to the groomers. Thoroughly recommended

Great products
Thank you for the great service every request was handled immediately. Very much appreciated.
I already used the sensitive shampoo, conditioner and the detangle spray. It worked so great that I ordered the anti- tick and flea shampoo and spray as well as the tear stain remover. The tear stain remover works very well and does not seem to bother my Havanese like irritating her eyes. The shampoo worked as well as the sensitive shampoo, leaving a very clean, soft, fluffy coat, smelling nicely but not artificial. The repellant spray smells great ( fresh and citrous) and I am sure, I will try it myself for woodland walks or hikings. :-)
Hope the repellants will work, the season will show.
The detangle spray will last for ever I am afraid since I hardly need it anymore with the shampoo and conditioner.
Usually, I am not writing long reviews if at all but these products are perfect for care intensive long haired breeds like Havanese and the production being organic, ethically and environmental friendly is very important to me.
Thanks a lot, I will recommend the product.

You just let us know today that you hadn't received your order by calling us. We have dealt with this problem immediately by tracking your order and raising an enquiry with the courier service. We called you back to let you know that there is a small back log with the courier service due to the bank holiday and that we would speak to you on Monday to see if your order has arrived and if it hasn't we will send out a new one immediately. We will continue to help you in this way. Our orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days, but unfortunately the bank holiday has meant this has been delayed. Please don't worry, we will be back in touch on Monday as per our phone call with you.
