Fantastic Service, Just Amazing
I have just sat down after recieving our Hot Tub, Fully installed and demonstrated. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this company from order through sales and delivery. Ste and Marek arrived were polite efficient and thoroughly professional. Although late in the day and presented with a challenging delivery they went above and beyond to complete the delivery. EVEN when presented with the heavens opening. They were truly amazing and a credit to this business. The Hot tub is in place and looks amazing.Thankyou so much for making this process just simply superb

When doing my research about what hot tub to get I came across several similar sites with similar prices and similar deals.
But in the end it was the patience of the poor chap, Tom, on Wild Water Spas what'sapp chat, that gave me confidence to pull the trigger.
I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous at first. Online deals can be a minefield and it all looked too good to be true so I asked questions and a lot of them.
And a few weeks later, Richard and Steve are carrying our Aquarius into the back garden.
They were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable .
We're very happy .

The staff are great, I was suspicious as I found the company on line and did not know them. However, I have been pleasantly surprised.
They have a call back feature rather than a number to call and it has worked up to now. I would have preferred to be able to ring them.
The boys delivering the tub were great, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the chemicals and gave good us instructions.
I have not had to use after sales yet but from my experience I would Definitely recommend.

So far very good
We only took delivery yesterday so have not used our tub yet. From the first contact we have been dealt with efficiently and professionally. Harry our delivery driver and installer kept in contact about arrival time and arrived as promised. He worked in extremely hot conditions but did a fabulous job. He was professional pleasant and a credit to the company. We look forward to using our tub later today. Thanks

Delivery guys great with loads of knowledge. Hot tub.can in through my 2 back gates. I think the tub was in under a minute. The main stay was the filling up. Had it nearly a week and loving it 😀

Very rude company 11pm delivery
The delivery men where lovely but obviously over worked . Last delivery time is between 7-9 we got a call after 9 to say 9.45 as there had been accident on the motorway and they were a driver down . 10.15 pm and no delivery and I couldn't contact them they then call at 10.40 they are 6 minutes away . They arrive just before 11pm . The hot tub is to big for the gate despite giving measurements so my husband takes the gate off and the edging of shed roof . They get it in but don't have the tools to install it so my husband has to lend him his . It's pitch black so only gets half set up .
The company when I contacted them where rude and said I would of complained if it wasnt delivered and they should of left it on our drive .
I'm hoping nothing ever goes wrong with the hot tub so I don't have to have contact with them again

As we have explained through messages to you late last night, well past our customer service hours, your delivery was late as our driver had other jobs that day that slightly ran over and rather than cancelling your job last minute, we took the risk of delivering the hot tub later than we would like as to make sure you got your hot tub delivered on the date we arranged and to not have you waiting until another delivery slot became available.
As for the tools, I’m sure our driver and also us have said we thank your husband for letting our driver borrow his tools. Our drivers are sent out with equipment that works but sometimes things can happen and things can break or run out of charge and our driver still came to the job in the hope he would be able to use tools on site so he could still get the job done.
I don’t believe we have ever put fault on you. At the end of the job the driver asked your husband if he was happy with the service and he said he was and we have a photo of your husband happily posing with his new hot tub. If you or your husband were not happy at the time you could have told us there and then but from our end it looks like a happy customer with their new hot tub.
