Perfect experience

Great experience, got the pool supplies I was expecting with great updates and communication. The suction covers were an exact match.

All went smooth

All went smooth. Although first item said it was in stock and it was back ordered after that snafu all went smooth. They communicated the issue fast and responded quickly. They found another part that was the same and we changed my order.
All and all impressed and would purchase again.

I love my new chlorine dispenser!

I love my new chlorine dispenser!! It came within 2 days and looks cute floating around. My son who is a pool tech says these are the easiest and his favorite for customers. You do need to drill your own holes though.

I paid extra to cover expedited…

I paid extra to cover expedited shipping, the actual shipment took longer than the regular ground shipping would have taken. I contacted wild west pools to ask for a refund on the upgraded shipping, and they completely ignored me. The parts did arrive and are what I ordered, but their customer service seems to be non existent.

O Ring for Spa filter canister

I was so glad to find this company and they had the O ring I needed for my spa filter canister. It is very old and parts are hard to find. Thank you, Wild West Pool Supplies for the speedy shipping as well.
