A lovely young gentleman Husain Manji. He was very patient and explained my Will and Power of Attorney to me. He sorted all my questions and organised an appointment for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
Appallingly slow, below acceptable lack of service dealing with family member probate. Do not use unless you want a lot of stress and to be constantly having to chase them up due to lack of communication and updates. Probate took over 16months on a simple, modest estate, should have taken half that time! Despite terrible service charged us £2500 and refused to reduce bill despite admitting poor service.
