The ladies and gentlemen at the Swaffham branch, helped to assemble a will at short notice and I mean very short notice! In a couple of days, they understood my situation and ran about and got the job done! Thank you to you all, as you can tell I survived the surgery as I knew I would( but it can happen) but having the will gave me peace of mind. Thank you.

I recently went into the King’s Lynn branch of Inheritance Wills to notify them that my nan had sadly passed away and to understand what needed to happen next. I was shocked and disappointed by the way I was spoken to. Not once did the staff acknowledge my loss or offer even a simple “I’m sorry for your loss.”

Instead, I was told very abruptly that now my nan has died, it’s “nothing to do with them,” and the explanation was given in a way that felt like I had bought something from a shop and it was now no longer their problem. I was advised to go through probate and not to handle things myself, but the overall attitude was dismissive and completely lacked compassion during an already difficult time.

Losing a loved one is hard enough without being met with insensitivity. A little empathy and professionalism would have gone a long way.

We received a link to an online form and we were able to configure our wills ourselves very quickly. Friendly staff available to answer questions. Fast and straightforward process, definitely would recommend.

Painless experience decided to use their office and it was not intimidating like some solicitors offices. Had been putting it of for many many years due to laziness!
