Spent 120$ on 4xl dog bed . It's more like a blanket . No inner padding and very cheap. Nothing like the advertisement . THESE PEOPLE "COMPANY" DO NOT CARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY

It has been al.ost a month and still the item has not arrived. I specifically stated on the order that I did not want it if shipped from China. The request was ignored. The tracking system is not adequate. I will NEVER buy anything from Willhappy ever again.

It has been almost a month ordering a dog back leg brace. I believe I’ve been scammed out of approx $40. I had no idea the company is in China!!!!
I will report to the BBB also.

This is a horrible company to work with. i purchased a couch cover and it doesn't fit correctly. I contacted this company to return it and pay the shipping but wanted a full refund..they kept sending me all sorts of messages back and offered to only pay for part of it. Finally they said if i take a picture and damage the item and send that to them, i could get a full refund. I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING SOMETHING THAT IS OF LOW INTEGRITY AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a GPS tracking pet collar. Was not warned it was coming from China and would take three weeks, might as well have used TEMU. No instructions, just a note to scan QR code. Scanned the code and several warnings came up that the file was harmful. Tried to find instructions on the internet, but only found multiple complaints that the product/product server no longer worked. Followed instructions to return but company gave me the run around, asking for a video of the problem??? Stay away from this company.

Ripp of by selling junk. First no word that product comes from China. My was shipped from Hong Kong but the device had been activated previously in Shenzen. I could not reset or make this crap piece working. Do not buy. I face now trouble returming and getting refund.

We had this harness for two months. I have a 45 pound dog and by walking him on a leash the harness clip broke away at the seams. This product is a piece of garbage and I would definitely not recommend anybody buy anything from here again. And it comes all the way from China so you know it’s made with not American quality

I ordered a products hoping it would help my dog. It looked promising in the picture but in reality it is very ill fitting and poorly designed. Now they are giving me the run around trying to return the product and get a refund for a few weeks until the "refund window" has expired I'm sure. Save your hard earned money and take your business elsewhere.

Claim to have shipped paid for products, however the tracking information goes to a malware site.

the sewing came apart and i emailed them to ask about guidance on how to sew it back up. I didn't ask them to refund my money or to fix it. They emailed me back with a sorry we don't refund products that are used. Not helpful. I will not only never purchase from them but post many negative reviews so others won't either.

bought leg brace for my dog in june 2023, they didn't even last 2 weeks before they started coming apart. Contact them "we don't refund purchase that were used"

One star is one star too many. My bank canceled my transaction only for stupid me to continue. No answers from customer service. No product. No happy customer.

Unfortunately I feel like I got sucked in to purchasing this dog bed from internet marketing - poor quality dog beds, the inner material separates so there are parts of the bed that are just fabric, no padding. My dog won't even go near it, let alone sleep in it.

The customer service and refund process is one of the worst I have ever experienced - don't expect to get you money back (even if they are unopened / unused items).
Recommend you don't purchase from this company!

Disappointed in the larger model of the bed and super frustrated with lack of customer support. The sides aren’t raised and the fluff in the middle of the bed separates when my pup laid on it; so much so that his nose touched the ground when he laid on the side of the bed. It’s more of a slightly fluffy mattress - also not 6in high as described online. My pup is not is a big fan neither am I. After trying to fluff it up/ prop it up and try to get him to use it for two weeks, I contacted customer service to see how I could send it back. Instead of offering a complete refund, they offered a small percentage and told me to keep it. It’s been alot of back and forth trying to get my money back - at first to put towards a different model - one with more support. Now, I just want my money back and I want to move on. The refund verbiage on the website leads you to believe it’s a very easy 48hr process as long as you have a legit claim and meet the timeline. As I unfortunately approach the two week mark, I can assure you that promise is not true. I also submitted a honest review on the company website - it hasn’t been added for other customers to see. Buyer beware.

We purchased the XXXL bed for our new puppy who will be large when full grown. The picture shows this bed very full and fluffy. The bed has next to no filler in it. I would not recommend this bed at all. We are going to purchase a different one from a different company.

Worst customer service ever and good luck getting a refund if you have an issue, these guys are a scam, they're quick to take your money but won't refund it as the refund policy states. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, Amazon will refund in 48 hours and has all the same products with much higher quality

I will honestly say when I bought this bed and my PayPal indicated payment went to a hotmail account, I panicked then I read the reviews and was sure I had gotten taken……HOWEVER, the bed arrived within a week and yes I do agree it does not have the amount of stuffing I had anticipated but my senior girl loves it the way it is. There is no zipper I could find to add more stuffing but could figure out a way to slip some in if I needed. I wish I could post a photo of how comfortable she is on the bed, and while it is not the highest quality the one girl I needed to like it does… I ordered a XXXL/calming dog bed for my 89lb lab who is 11years old.

I ordered the back end brace for my senior pup. I measured him, and ordered the LARGE. Received the brace, and it doesn't fit. Too small. I've been emailing these guys for over a month for a refund. Initially they offered 30% of the cost, then 70%, and finally the entire cost. NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from these liars and cheats!!!! Beds are cheap fabric sewn together with NO Stuffing. Shipping is NOT from US in 3-5 days but from China and it took 3 weeks. The pictures that are posted for advertisement are fake, not the real product and the walls of the bed are NOT nine inch bolster walls but 2 pieces of thin furry fabric with no stuffing. What a bunch of liars but not surprising when coming from China!
