I ordered a dog bed on November 14, 2022. The website says shipped from the US and delivery by FedEx or UPS 3 to 5 days. I finally tracked my order down.. sitting in a sorting facility in dongquan China. It took about 2 weeks before it was picked up by Yun Express. I got notice it was delivered and the order showed completed. I contacted them and was told I hit something wrong and everything was fine, I would still be able to track it. I googled the YE tracking number and got nothing then I went to their website and saw they had created a pickup label for USPS on the 24th of November. I kept checking the tracking number and the package still hasn't been turned over to USPS. When I was deciding between a bed from Willhappys and MrFurryfriend, I chose Willhappys solely on the color. I got a reminder from MrFurryfriend offering another 10% off. I looked at shipping and they mentioned customs and duty. I asked if they were in China. They didn't answer. I asked again and they said they are in the Netherlands but they ship from a warehouse in China. Shame... my dog has developed arthritis and I was looking for a good bed that could help. Instead I am in a run around with the Chinese and it appears all these beds are made by the same company.

This is a very corrupt company and they do nothing but scam you. They deserve 0 stars. They are from China by the way but use an LA address for shipping. And then they tell you if you want to return the item you have to return it to China and it would cost so much money it's not worth it. I said give me an address and I will figure out how much it cost me and if it's worth it. They refused to give me an address to where I can return the dog bed. I ordered a large dog bed that was over a $100. Their items are not as advertised. I ordered 3 separate items from them with the biggest expense being the $100 dog bad. And all 3 were extremely poor quality with no stuffing in the bed's, They are almost flat and they misrepresent their items with false reviews and good photos. When I received the item it was super cheap,thin,flimsy, hardly any stuffing and something you probably could get out of $5 store. I wrote to them and asked for my refund since their website says that they will give you refunds If you were not satisfied. They sent me a letter offering money off instead of the refund. I wrote another letter stating that, no I would like my refund as their website states. They continued to refuse to give me an address where I can return my item. This wet back-and-forth for about 2 months. They continued to refuse
to give me an address as well as They did not deal with my complaint that their website has 5 star reviews and when I try to leave a legitimate review it kept saying that my," purchase could not be verified". While the almost $200 I spent that got deleted from my bank account count's verification to me! I asked them over and over to verify my purchase or tell me how I was able to leave a review and they completely ignored my emails regarding that. Since they were out of the country I was not able to leave a Yelp or Google review. I am glad that I found this site to post about them. They really need to be shut down. This is a SCAM from China people, beware!!

Do not buy from this company ordered a leg brace for my dog's right leg they sent a brace for a left leg and then when I reported I wanted to return it or exchange it they told me they would give me 30% of what I paid for it. Buyer beware they are a scam!!!!

Very disappointed in what received. It’s totally floppy and the sides don’t stand up on their own. Total waste of money. They only show all 5 star reviews on their site which means they aren’t valid

DO NOT trust this company . They say they will refund but DO not . They act as if they are in the US but they ship from overseas and take forever to ship . They are a waste of money

I tried to cancel my order the next day, within 24 hours as I never Received an email about my purchase! I sent several emails!
It has been delivered $89.00 for a really cheap dog bed! No stuffing! Trying to return… websites says yes but they want me to pay to send it back $35 or refund me 10% and keep it!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Total scam!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They are a scam. I purchased a product I wanted to return and never opened the package and told them I wanted to return it. I was so disappointed with their customer service that it was worth $35 for me to return it. After numerous emails they keep trying to have me keep the product! SERIOUSLY??!!! I want a refund. I'm still waiting for a response. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Not as advertised. Shipped directly from China. Website pictures not accurate. Very poor quality and sizes much smaller than website shows. Also piece of crop. Very poor quality. Don't order from this site. Just another Chinese company falsifying there location and products.

I purchased some Christmas garland from this company back on November 16 2021 I have never received the items nor do they respond to their customer service emails so now I’m having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
