Good Customer Service
I have bought two items from William George and have always found the process to be very straight forward and clear.
The first time I bought a watch and it was as described.
The shipping was straight forward and done separately through the vendor, no need to get collection services and pay a fortune.

Even though I wasn’t happy with what I purchased maybe it’s the luck of the draw type of thing. However I was really happy to find a helping hand and understanding customer service agent in Ellie.
