I love the products and styles but I have ordered twice now and twice I have had to pay extra postage on top of the postage fee, this would of easily been a 5* review if this was sorted out

My husband placed an order on the 29th November 2024. It said approx 2 weeks for delivery as is postage to Ireland. It is the 22nd of January and it has not arrived. They originally answered some DMs on instagram to say stock was on the way and to apologise. Now radio silence from them since 03/01/2024. They will not reply to DMs. The customer service option on the website is providing no contact information. Currently trying to get our money back as two months for an order is unacceptable. I would urge people to be very careful ordering from here. Delays can happen but the bigger issue here is communication. A request for refunds should have been sent out to customers when stock never arrived in a suitable time frame. Now the brands reputation has been tarnished as they buried their heads in the sand. Hoping everyone in the same boat gets their refund.
I ordered something on the 25th of November 2024 and i still haven’t received anything. They also don’t respond on e-mails which is going to make it impossible to get my money back. Big scam, don’t order here!
Items did take longer than expected to arrive (approx 2 weeks) however after messaging on social media found out there was a delay in distribution due to bad weather and once it was posted delivered within 2 days.
Great customer service and quality of items is next level. Would have given 5/5 stars if arrived within 3-5 working days however no fault of their own. Thanks again 👍🏼
As I’m Unable to reply to your response here’s some facts for you, you emailed on the 8th of January saying your going to start shipping so 2nd of January is a lie you can’t even get your stories straight, and I have proof that it says 1-2 days shipping your lying to all your customers and still haven’t received anything from you! Hope people see this and think twice before you rob them.
Great at sending orders out but trying to get a refund is a nightmare. They do not respond to emails of facebook message.
Really poor communication. Ordered on 1st December didn’t arrive until 24th. No shipping emails were sent and none of my emails in regards to the items have been answered. Emailed and DM’d the brand several times in regards to returning the items as they didn’t fit over 3 weeks ago still no response. Really disappointing for the brand since the clothing isn’t cheap. Please get in contact with me in regards to solving this issue.

Very disappointed
I placed an order on November 29th (order #7657) and still haven’t received any updates. Despite several follow-ups via email and Instagram (messages read), I’ve had no response. The items were in stock, not pre-orders. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and the lack of communication is truly disappointing.

Was a little concerned with the reviews I’ve seen however I am pleased to say that my parcel has arrived and it is a lovely present for my son. A little longer than expected but only by a few days. Christmas delays I guess!

I placed an order on the 18th of October and didn’t receive it till the 15th of November. The joggers didn’t fit and I have emailed twice about a return and I am just being ignored for over 3 weeks now.

My son, 14 years old, saved up his Birthday money to order the black tracksuit. He placed the order on October 31st. He still hasn't received anything. There is no response to emails, Instagram messages and the online contact form. I am so disappointed and so is my son. Stealing from a kid is bad karma, he should be very ashamed of himself!
One star is one too many.

I ordered some clothing one year ago, unfortunately my order never arrived. Despite reaching out multiple times, 95% of my messages have been ignored. Didn’t get a refund. This lack of communication and service is extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend shopping here based on my experience.

Absolutely unreal clothing from this brand, you won’t be disappointed. Everything I’ve ordered has been quality. Don’t get the negative reviews.. Ye sometimes there’s shipping problems but that comes with being a smaller business sometimes, Issues happen. But they eventually get the stuff out to you if it happens and when you do it’s worth the wait. Trust me.
WOW wish I’d looked on here before ordering. Ordered over 2 wks ago, still no update on shipping. Emailed and msgd on Instagram and still no reply. Can’t believe it their clothes on instagram actually look really good, but I will be telling my mates not to bother because from reading these reviews it’s an awful start up brand and the owner doesn’t care about dealing with any negative feedback! Probs a scam at this point
