Won £74 online but couldn't withdraw. They told me that there was no valid withdrawal method on my account WTF!!! Load of nonsense. After many attempts of live chats & emails l told them l suffer with bad anxiety. They then all of a sudden gave me a way to get my winnings. It took me 4 weeks to be paid out This was a terrible experience. DO NOT be with them online, many other people have had similar experiences

Would give a zero stars if I could. Same issue faced as many others. Had account with them for few years. Only palace bet on Grand national or Cheltenham. No issues with making deposit for bets. However, can't withdraw my money without sending all kinds of Ids. Emailed Id yesterday, still no change. Get through to someone other than bot mission impossible. Most laughable thing is, I only deposited £30 and my winnings are £52. Not some crazy amount....

Self excluded myself from this site. Not good like it used to be dont get much of bonuses anymore which use to make the games oviousley more excitimg and never pays out on 20.00 then they takes additional amount of you when you nearly finished the game. Games are all the same too

Very disappointed by their customer service and support. It is hard to speak to a real person and their bot’s do not make any sense. Despite stating that they refund non running horses, they failed to refund my stake for a horse that was withdrawn before the Grand National.

After happily and successfully placing the occasional bet on line with William Hill for several years, I suddenly found myself unable to access my account any more.
I have made several attempts to contact them to try to rectify the problem, but have never received a response.
Their automated help services advise contacting them via my account, but I am unable to access my account and therefore apparently unable to communicate with them.
It would seem they have just grabbed the money and run !

Tried to set up account to have a bet on Grand National, but their app assumes your Debit Card name is exactly the same as your personal details information.

Cannot be changed once account created.

My debit card has my intials & surname, so could not process payment.

Oh well, saved my self £20 and the National is a bit of a lottery anyway...

2026 - well you've certainly spoilt my grand national Day so far.. I have a login issue and I'm trying to contact you in live chat. 1 hour later searching all around your website and the app and following your instructions that the Message Us is at the footer of the page. Well it is not ! at the bottom of the page. I even got my son to try and help me. We can't find it anywhere. You've completely wasted my time. What annoys me is a big company like yours, why you r IT team don't check things out, , I can't find your live chat. It's impossible and therefore I can't place a bet. I am more than disappointed as I use William
Hill every year I won't be using you again. If you make it impossible for me to contact you then I'd be even more concerned that if I win you won't pay out!

I gave William Hill 5 stars in the past and have been using it for 4 years. I understand its a gambling company and you win & lose.
However things have changed. It is nearly impossible to reach an actual person to speak to. The strong use of AI chatbots is letting them down. When I closed my account due to many issues they didn't care. Just closed it in the end due to many issues. The rep closed it and just closed the conversation.
They forced me to withdraw to a bank account that was closed so obviously J didnt receive my payment. I had 2 other payment methods on file and I couldn't withdraw from those.
When I first joined I never had problems with payment. They were quick and instant. I dont like giving companies bad reviews but I feel compelled to. They have gone from being a decent reputable company which I gave 5 stars to in past to now barely deserving of a 1 star. I always recommended William Hill but I won't be doing so in the future.

Withdrew on Thursday last week waited till Tuesday as it was Bank Holiday which I thought was strange but still waited had nothing, there live chat is enough for me never to gamble with a site that shows so little respect, anyway some. I renewed my bank card,put money in my account ready for the flat season then was told to verify my account by sending all sorts of stuff to prove who I am!-they were rejected then when I complained (several times)I was ‘validated’-but they kept my money!! and their ‘support’ lot reject e mail queries!! Disgusted!!!

William hill still works in the mid 80s if you have the misfortune to win they will pay you back on your debit card 3 to 5 working days after the bets been claimed ( weekends not included) so it can be a full week before you get paid !!

Restricted my account as soon as I went to withdraw fund.. not even a lot…I used to same information as used when opening to account…nothing has changed…I am unable to speak with a real person at all just some robot that keeps sending me round in a repetitive loop.. I am very angry…but they are still okay to take my money on an account that’s restricted but not pay winnings…🤬 what an embarrassment William Hill
Scamming people from there winning and making it impossible for you to be contacted…

Rigged my account so i cant win anything, over 1000 bonuses failed to hit in a row and counting, im stopping putting my money in to these evil peoples pockets because its perfectly apaprent this is a permanent rig on my acocunt there not turning off. We need serious action to take place, people muat go to jail for this and heads must roll and the victims must be compensated.
