Chinese Scam

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a leather jacket which they stated was top quality leather but it wasn’t at all. It was PU leather. They are a rip-off company

Not leather as claimed but still a good price and people compliment the jacket

I bought a "Mens Aviator Jacket Warm Leather Jacket" as a gift. It took some time to arrive, but when I checked the policies it was still inside the timeframe given. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry, so it made a good gift at a good price.

I urge everyone to claim returns through PayPal as soon as possible or you’ll miss the opportunity. I did and received a full refund, but you must do the following:
return your order to the “if undelivered return address” that’s printed on the package. Do it signed delivery. Take photos of your order (including their postage information because that is evidence of the return address) and take photos of your return postage information. Once it’s been delivered, take a photo/screenshot of this. WilliamsLeather will request all this information, and more, knowing you can’t provide any more as you no longer have the package, and they will also say they haven’t received the order/it wasn’t returned to the appropriate address, but it’s a scam, so they can get out of refunding you. I provided the above information to PayPal and they closed the case in my favour and gave me a full refund. WilliamsLeather obviously aren’t aware of consumer rights in the UK.
Edited to add: don’t pay attention to the T&Cs of this company with regards to them saying they don’t offer refunds on sale items etcetera. Legally in the UK, you are entitled to a full refund so long as your item is unused and in the original packaging.

PLEASE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS. IF YOU'RE A BIT LUCKY WITH PURCHASE, THEY WILL SEND YOU A DEFECT OR FAKE PRODUCT, OR NOTHING. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HOPE I AM THEIR LAST VICTIM. THEY ADVERTISE GREAT QUALITY ITEMS AT VERY LOW PRICES AS A STRATEGY TO ATTRACT BUYERS. THOSE IMAGES ARE NOT THEIR REAL PRODUCTS. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE, chinese sizes, sleeves on jacket too short, late delivery despite paying extra for fast delivery and refused to give refund.

We order and XL jacket and when it arrived it came up 2 sizes too small but they refused to provide their return address and refused to provide a refund.

They insisted we send video evidence that the jacket was too small and incorrectly sized. I sent a video comparing their male extra large jacket with a female jacket and and male large jacket and despite this they said that they will not provide any refund.

The jacket was XL my boyfriend is a size large , but the jacket couldn't fit at all and the sleeves were faulty as way too short.

The jacket is very poor quality and looks extremely cheap and plastic. We paid £109 but if looks like a £9.99 jacket.

We paid £9 for expedited delivery but waited 3 weeks for the jacket to arrive and they did not refund us.

This company has a UK address but are based in china it seems. All their sizes are chinese sizes so will be too small even if you order a size bigger than your own. The tag had chinese writing on it. The package said it went through customs so clearly came from abroad.

They dont care and will not issue any refund.
It is a mistake we never checked these reviews before using this bogus dishonest website. The reviews on their website are fake.

We spent £109 only to receive cheap plastic jacket with sleeves that were about 10 inches too short. It cannot be worn but they refused to provide a return address or process a refund.

This website should be shut down as they disregard consumer protection laws and have dishonest product descriptions and photos and are fraudulent. The jacket was not leather but a cheap plastic.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT.

THEY KNOW ALL THEIR GOODS HAVE WRONG SIZES BUT REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND WHEN YOU GET IT...

WE SENT VIDEO EVIDENCE COMPARING THE SIZE OF THE JACKET WITH OTHERS.. JUST AS THEY REQUESTED. THEY THEN SAID BECAUSE WE DID NOT SEND A VIDEO TRYING THE JACKET ON THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND. IT WAS AT THAT POINT WE REALISED THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING ANY REFUND IN THE FIRST PLACE.

ITS RIDICULOUS AND IN BREACH OF UK LAWS.

This is a disgusting company! what shame they have to rob people of their well earned money to survive!
Im sure one day they will get what they deserve.

This company is a liar! In the website it saids the company is based in northampton, NN4 7DT, UK so I place an order hoping it will come to me within a few days because I paid a priority postage! Now they give me the tracking number and I track the item via there own website tracker it saids that my item is in china or origin is china! how pathetic is that! I thought my item will be with me so soon now It is not why can’t this company be honest instead of scamming people writing lies just to gain customers! Don’t order on this company just a bunch of liers! total scam!
