Both Matthew Whinney and Amy Fraser were most helpful in their advice on Publisher Professional Indemnity Insurance policies and most understanding of the situation confronting the UFHRD which is an unincorporated network organization. I'm grateful for the patience they showed, and also their forbearance in the long delay paying our annual premium payment. The period of main telephone interaction spans over 4 months from September 2022 through to January 2023, although initial contact was made around June or July 2022

Brilliant company for photographers!
If your a professional photographer or even it’s just your hobby and you have lots of kit these guys are brilliant !!!
I had a flood in my house from bathroom all my kit was soaked and damaged and they where fantastic sorted it all for me no drama or fuss and really fast and easy!! Cannot recommend highly enough.
Linda dealt with my claim and was lovely to deal with too! High professional yet really friendly and genuine.
Especially grateful to them as my home insurance company side of the claim was the opposite experience !
