Car buying made simple. I dealt with Scott on the purchase of a BMW X5 and he was very helpful throughout the process. He kindly came and picked me up from the station and provided clear and knowledgeable information throughout. A pleasure to deal with.

I bet if I was buying one of the many high end Porsches or Mclarens that this company sells, I would of been treated a lot better.
What started out so promising, turned out to be one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had.
The car I bought turned out to have a couple of fairly serious faults. I took the car back, expecting them to sort it, and when I picked it up about 2 days later, I found that nothing had been done to it, apart from a little wash. So far I have been promised an invoice of the work carried out, and a new part to be fitted when it arrives.
I have heard nothing since collecting the car back.
I doubt I will ever hear from them again.
Very poor service, and it goes without saying that I will never use them again.

Purchased a BMW 335D from Wolverhampton branch in December 2022. Was a little concerned with the process - paying a deposit before viewing the car, but having gone through the process I can say it was all ok. They had the car all prepped for viewing, serviced and MOT'd, so I can understand it helps the weed out time wasters. In the event, the car was as advertised, and have been very pleased with the car. The entire process was straight forward and a pleasant experience. Hadn't planned on part ex'ing my old car, but was made an offer on the day which I accepted. I had some concerns prior due to reading a couple of negative reviews. I guess someone will always have a bad experience with any company, and second hand cars are somewhat of an unknown. I didn't take out their in house warranty, and instead took out a seperate 3rd party one, but so far haven't had any need to use. Very happy owner.

(Jaz), he was very nice and made helped me purchase my car without any hassle. Would 100% recommend.

Following the cancellation of the vehicle I had to make the team were very kind in aiding me to recover my deposit for the vehicle, I had costs to bear due to relocation of the vehicle but this was fair!

Having found my perfect car at Williams Group online, I had a very friendly, professional, remote, service from Chris, who kept me updated with every step of the process. Any question I had, and every offer I opted for eg the paint and interior protection, was answered or completed in timely fashion. The car virtually sold itself, but that alone tells me they only source quality cars.
Simply a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Williams Group when buying your next car.

I dealt with Chris Moseley when buying my Audi TT and was very impressed with the customer service. There were no pushy sales tactics and Chris was helpful and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend the company, they have a wide range of good quality cars and also offer a range of products and warranty options. I would definitely deal with them again.

Amazing service from Scott Barron and the Williams Group, Purchased a BMW 1 SERIES from Scott and was exactly how he described it to me! Definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent information given over telephone, helped by a personal video of the car prior to viewing it. Chris and his colleagues went out of their way to be helpful and informative on the viewing day and the car was absolutely as described. The whole buying experience was first class, as is the Jaguar purchased. I have no hesitation in awarding this company 5 stars and would certainly buy through them again.

Total time wasters! Booked a test drive for 1:30, drove 90 minutes from Brighton only to find that nobody was there to give us a test drive.

Also discussed trade-on price for our old car…they asked what we wanted for it, we told them, no issues flagged. When we were there they made a joke offer that was less than half of what we had been offered by two other garages - without even nothing to look at it.

Don’t waste your time. Useless.

Be cautious of leaving a deposit, as it seems a grey area. Make sure you see the car before leaving one!

From when I called Scott for a test drive to the minute I bought my car he was excellent,the information he gave me was tremendous.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Selling cars that are apparently just freshly MOT’d and serviced… in reality they’re falling apart.

Nearly £3000 down on repairs and things still going wrong, they blocked my number straight after sale and the warranty company sent a letter saying they didn’t pay the warranty. Can was involve in accident before and no one even mention that.

Great experience really friendly staff Alex could not have been more help if he had tried. Had a problem with one of the doors and they had it back in and fixed the same day nothing was too much trouble. Only rated 4 stars because even though the car was cleaned for me to collect it when I got it home closer inspection it hadn’t been cleaned very well inside more of a wipe over but happy to give it a proper clean myself. Would highly recommend just on levels of customer service alone.

Bought my Jaguar E-pace from here, everything was so smooth, staff polite, car was lovely and clean. They even buffed out so small scratches so the car looked immaculate. The whole transaction was smooth sailing from start to finish.
