We ordered a hallway bench on Willis and Stone, the overall quality is really good, the choice of colours of the oak allowed us to match it closely to other furnitures. Paint colours are colour match so there is a slight variation with the Little Greene paint we already used.
One downside was the absence of reply once I confirmed the delivery date. There was no communication on the day from the delivery team. A bit disappointed regarding the expensive delivery fee.

I purchased a Boot Room Unit. It's such a great design, perfectly painted and the delivery guys were first class. It now sits as the "star of the show" in our hallway.

Had 6 bespoke units made by Willis and Stone. They are beutiful, perfectly made, perfectly painted.

Delivered on time, with great care.

I visited the showroom to see the displays. Loved the handmade styles and ability to customise. After the order was placed I was updated and informed when deliver would occur.
What I liked about this company is you can talk to the skilled craftsman that are making your item, impressive workshop. The staff were really friendly, and when it was delivered the install team helped to get it into the right location.

Just as I thought, 2K for a table and chair set full of imperfections.

Apparently solid oak is meant to be full of holes, my table and chairs look like it has woodworm, it’s really that bad!

Funny, Oak Furniture Lands furniture is not like this ????

This company will take your money, and not acknowledge their own policy’s.

All furniture is manufactured abroad, and not in the UK as it states, the receptionist confirmed this. It’s painted in their own premises, that’s it.

Thankyou for your email, I am sorry you are so stressed by your table set.

I have looked at your pictures and yes there are indeed imperfections in the paint but this is well with in the expectations of painted real turned wood. We have been making tables for over 12 years and every table set we make with turned legs and spindle chairs will have these imperfections. This is also true of any manufacturer making tables with real turned wood. Any that don't wont be using pine or beech like the majority do but likely a form of rubber wood or plastics. This is all part of manufacturing with real wood. I can stand by my words as we have not had a single complaint to date of the 100’s of tables we have made and most people do understand the nature of real wood.

If for any reason you feel yours is different to any other please see the picture of one of our tables in our showroom at present, as you will see this has the very same level of finish. Filling these areas before paint will result in the filler dropping out over time as with any natural product they do move as they expand and contract over time as temperature changes.

As a small business of 12 years we are very experienced in what we do and fully understand the levels of finish achievable and what is realistic within our industry. I am sorry your expectations haven’t been met but do feel this is due to unrealistic expectations and not our level of competence. Regarding the price of the table we are very competitive and you are very unlikely to find a table set with solid oak top and real wood turned legs for any less than you have paid, I expect this is may be why you purchased from us.

Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful when trying to decide on colours. The delivery team were fantastic at keeping me informed (and really lovely when they arrived). The product itself (the shoe cabinet) is unreal! Every finish on it is absolute perfection and you can tell it’s been created with real care and attention to detail! Fantastic company!

The entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Initialy Ely Farmhouse furniture came to our attendtion for their media units and farmhouse tables. This then escalated quickly due to a visit to their showroom where we found they also manufacture kitchens under "Willis & Stone". Initially dealing with Jamie and then in the capable hands of Vicky for design. The whole team were experts in this field including Nick (Installation & Carpentry) and Mark (finishing painter). If you're looking for bespoke high quality kitchens and furniture then look no further.

Quality products offered from extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. Simply cannot fault. Bora X pure is out of this world!

Highly recommend, products are of excellent high quality and communication was great throughout with Vicky and also Gemma. Missed out on their delivery service because we had the furniture shipped offshore. Quite a long lead time but well worth the wait. Will definately be back for more!

We ordered a full media unit from Willis & Stone (Also known as Ely Farmhouse Furniture). We visited their store first and we were very impressed with the designs so placed an order.

The unit took a few months to make and is really beautiful and worth the wait.
It looks amazing in our home and is even better quality than we had hoped for! We also really appreciated the excellent responsiveness on email throughout the process - from the back and forth on designs to the drawings of the cut-outs we requested.
Finally we were really impressed with your delivery team. They were not only friendly, polite and professional, but also seemed like good craftsmen
who spent the time to ensure the unit was properly installed to our requirements.

All in all we would definitely recommend the business, products and service levels.

Great service, communication and attention to detail. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with from designing to the installation of our kitchen in our self build project. Site visits to measure up were made on more than one occasion and Vicky offered us lots of helpful advice in the design layout and was worth her weight in gold on assisting us with colour choices too. The finished kitchen looks stunning and we would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
