I ordered from this company over 2 months ago and still have not received my order. I have e-mailed them several times and get replies saying they are looking into it and will get back to me. They never do.
Do not buy from this company.

Have waited two months still no delivery of order.
I will give them the credit of answering my emails but that's it.
What I am annoyed most about is that I checked online for scams from this company all of a sudden two months later they are popping up .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. I ORDERED FROM THEM 4 MONTHS AGO STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED GOODS OR REFUND, JUST EMPTY PROMISES

Total scam website. I have never recieved my order; nearly 8 weeks since initially placing it. Numerous emails to and from them; they always have some bogus excuse about the warehouse being busy, or they'll 'investigate' the delays or look into a refund. Next step for me is Fair Trading.

Scam website. Do not buy from Willow & Grace Adelaide. They do not send the products you purchase and won’t issue a refund.

After my order was lost during delivery Willow and Grace went above and beyond to locate, redirect and deliver my package to me….the process did take a few weeks however Willow and Grace kept me informed regularly…. I found them helpful and approachable thank you Willow and Grace

Not even 1star more like -10 stars. Sadly I wish I had taken the time to research and seen these appalling reviews. Ordered 2 tops on February 24 no arrival of same, only an email asking how they did which received a 😡.
Now several emails later receiving the same delaying tactics as previous reviewers. Have requested a refund, not hopeful. Have reported them to Fair Trading but I think they are probably powerless with SCAMMERS.

This business is not legitimate. It is not closing down. Clothes are very poor quality and not as advertised. Impossible to obtain a refund. Very easy to fall for as the website is so good. It is a scam

Not sure what to believe. I orders a dress on the 21st of February and I still haven't received it. I also like other customers got nice emails about it. And even seems like real people replying. 🥺😔 Pretty disappointed as it was meant to be a pink dress for my cousin's hens party and well it's now over and gone. So I had to wear an old dress I had. Which I had worn much but thankfully I could wear a nice one. I emailed them this morning saying I'm not happy and as I still haven't received it. And I would be taking it further if I don't receive my dress soon and or get my money back. And I haven't heard back at all. Grrrr not happy at all. Now I'm not sure what to do. How can we all as customers take it further. This is not good. As we've all spent money and get excited to get some lovely items and then to never receive them.

5 stars for customer service. Ron and Kate were wonderful in helping with my order which unfortunately was lost in transit.
They were very prompt in responding to my emails. I can't recommend Willow and Grace highly enough.

It’s 46 days since my order which was for 2 blouses . I keep receiving pleasant responses from ‘Willow and Grace’( from China ????) re the delay to which they are giving ‘special attention’. It’s all fake. They are scammers and it’s hard to believe the good reviews are real. I email them every day giving them a real blast but to no avail. I too am going to report them for robbing those of us who have been scammed.

Do not buy from them, they are Scammers!!!!
They are using a closed store from Adelaide and making money from sales and not honoring refunds.
I made a purchase, which I cancelled as they emailed me saying it was delayed, therefore cancelling the order as it wouldn’t arrive in time for my special occasion.
All lovely emails which were all just lies to keep you waiting. 6 weeks later, still no refund.

Do NOT buy from this "Australian" company - absolute con. Products arrived, very poor quality. Impossible to get a refund, you must pay for return postage to China & you may get your money back. Paypal are no help whatsoever, thought I'd be safer using Paypal - you arent.

Fraudulent company! It’s an overseas scam not Australian at all. 1 month and no order received, emails full of excuses and fraudulent tracking link. Be careful and stay away from Willow and Grace Adelaide at all costs.

Sorry I didn't read these reviews earlier. One month on, I'm continually told of a delay in delivery. I've been offered $10 off my next order plus expedited delivery. I've asked for a refund but don't hold out much hope of either seeing my goods or my money.

Ordered shorts payed money online to be told out of stock asked for refund which hasn't been returned after numerous emails Please be aware Scammers

This is an appalling business I do not even know if it is real
Goods did not arrive
Regular emails sent apologising and stating that they had arranged express delivery and then automated responses to feedback and refund requests. Please do not waste your money

Con con con, this is not an Adelaide based company at all. Poor quality Chinese clothing. Terrible returns process, multiple emails offering "discounts" instead of a return address, all to hide the fact they are an overseas company not a local Adelaide company. Don't believe the con!

SCAM IN THE HIGHEST ORDER, JUST GET FOBBED OFF EVERY TIME YOU CONTACT THEM - CANT BELIEVE SO MANY NEGATIVE RESPONSES AND WILLOW AND GRACE CAN KEEP TRADING - SO WRONG

Didn't even recieve any goods. Lots of generated emails asking for patience. Why didn't I read these reviews first. SCAMMERS.
