I love this brand sooooo much! Great products, better for the environment, comfortable, and cute!! Their return process is extremely easy and they are very quick in issuing the refund or sending out the different size! BEWARE: In my experience, shipping to the USA takes 1month+ which had me concerned my first order wasn’t coming. But now I know, and it’s worth the wait! If you need them right away it’s like $15 for 2 day shipping.

I still havn´t received my order from den 5th of Febuary,
I have contacted the company several times, and get the one excuse after another.

I put in a grocery order on 20 March and I am still waiting for it. The only information I receive is when I chase up about it. They then give me false information that it will be with be that week and it didnt turn up. If there is a problem then an email from them updating would sort the issue but to hear nothing is very bad management. If you are in a hurry dont order from them

Bought a pair of Wills Vegan hiking boots. They are so comfortable, but also very strong and sturdy. I'm delighted with the fit and the service. And happy to know that my purchase is ethical too.

I wear vegan shoes but I was nervous about buying shoes online, and sure enough when my shoes arrived they were too tight. So I had to do a return, and then another. But it was all very easy, the packaging is made for re-sending, and the staff kept me in contact by email straight away, no problems. Finally I've got well-fitting pair of "City Oxfords" that are like solid workshoes that will last for years. Well, they've lasted me a few months so far, but very comfy and strong.

6 years after purchasing a pair of grey dock boots that I’ve worn pretty much every day and they still look brand new! I’ve had so many compliments and it’s great that a vegan material can rival the durability of the non vegan competitors.

My first pair of Vegan Walking Boots, fit like slippers and great for walking the dog.

Love my belt and poncho. Great quality and product selections. I hope they continue to expand their clothing sector. It is quite difficult to get fully vegan clothing.

Hands down best customer service experience I’ve had with any company. I usually never leave reviews, but Will’s Vegan Shoes went above and beyond. I had an issue with my order, but it was quickly resolved. Love this company, their products and their standards/ethics. Shop WVS, you will not be disappointed!

Incredibly comfortable and beautiful shoes (Luxe Smart Chelsea Boots).
It feels like walking on a cloud and I'm so pleased to read that they're "non crush down insoles" so that it will always feel this way.
The boots are so aesthetically pleasing and just LOOK so well made. Worth every cent, and I will be purchasing more of their shoes.
I love their ethics as well (they even use paper tape).
The customer service is absolutely stellar, can't fault it at all.
The only thing I would say is I wish they had a size guide with shoe measurements. It's just a hassle doing returns even if it is free.

November 29, 2020: I ordered a pair of dark brown dock boots in size 6 uk/39 eu. The shipping and delivery was fast. The boots look exactly like in the picture. The size fits perfectly (my feet are 24cm long and I usually have to buy size 39). It's very comfortable and warm. Hope it will be durable, too! Thanks!!

Update (April 03, 2021): I have been wearing the boots during slightly rainy, snowy and cold weather multiple times now and they are still in perfect condition. Cleaning is easy, no stains, no marks. Warm. I highly recommend!

Update (December 28, 2021): Using it for a year now, even in snow it's warm. Cleaning is easy indeed, the boots are still in pretty good shape.

My girlfriend and I both ordered boots and I ordered a belt from Will's. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience from start to finish. Communication with Will's is easy and quick, shipping was all as expected, and so far we love the boots & belt.

I had to exchange my belt for a smaller size and the exchange was painless. I got a label (free), put the belt in a box, and dropped it off at my local post office. I had email updates along the way and received the replacement in a timely manor despite coming from overseas.

I've worn the boots around for about 2 weeks and they've comfortable and durable. I've been on many walks on unpaved forest trails. One day I tripped over/kicked several hidden tree roots and no damage was done to the boots whatsoever. They are breaking in nicely and clean up easily.

Had a slight problem with my order not arriving, but this was rectified swiftly by customer service & had a new order sent out with DHL express. Very thankful for this.

The shoes & belt are great, will be using Wills store again.

Great quality with great customer service that were very helpful. Their boots still look new after 2 winters of heavy use. Ordered a belt that i wasn't fully satisfied with, contacted their customer support who responded fast and was eager to help!

I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from Will's over the years and many of them have worked great. I do occasionally have problems with sizing and have to make exchanges and returns a few times. I have always found their customer service to be fast and above and beyond. Recently, in the midst of the lockdown I ordered two pairs of shoes. I waited longer almost 4 weeks as I figured that shipment would take much longer due to the pandemic. Finally, I emailed customer service to ask about the status. They promptly helped me and sent out another set as they felt that it had been too long. Unfortunately, when I did receive the shoes, they didn't fit! I was bummed, but I emailed them again and they helped me with sorting out the return despite the fact that the replacement package didn't have the normal DHL label or paperwork. To top it off, they reimbursed my costs to send the return back, even though it was hefty as I had to send them from Spain. All in all, despite the shoes not working for me this time around, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Very happy to support an ethical, vegan company such as Will's Vegan Shoes.

Excellent service ! My package was lost three times in transit and they responded immediately with a new delivery free of charge.
They were super friendly, kind and responding super fast.
I totally recommend it! And but the way the boots I brought are beautiful and first quality ❤️
