Helpful Staff.
Normally storages are lifeless.
But the staff at wilson storage at caroline springs added made it lively.

Stress less cause Trudy and team are the best.
From the moment Trudy answered my phone enquiry with her beautiful welcoming personality. I made up my mind there and then that I was going to use your storage facility.
I just loved Trudy's beautiful mannerism and how polite and informative she was.
Once I told her what I had she was able to guide me as to what size storage unit I needed.
Then to also give me a contact number for the best removalists I've ever meet.
I owe all the magnificent feeling of support from Trudy in helping me make the move so less stressful.
It's a nightmare having to move, but when you have a professional willing to help you person on the other end of the phone guiding you through the move.
It took away all my stress and anxiety.
Then I meet her in person it was awesome to put a face to the kind person I had being speaking to

Keep up the good work.
I've never used storage facilities prior to interacting with the wonderful staff at Wilson Storage - Caroline Springs.
Trudy (Manager) and Nadia made me feel at ease about the facility and thoroughly explained the pricing structure and access procedures. They made me aware of a "Special promotion" that was available, and I took the offer. Had a wonderful coffee whilst I waited for the signup and took a tour of the units I've signed for. All was completed in a short time and I was very happy with the process and the service.
