A pleasure to deal with and an ease to move into. The place is so clean and so safe as well.

Anthea went out of her way to help us, while simultaneously helping two other people who had queries. She was never flustered. Also, access to the storage facility so far has been very simple and easy. A great system.

The manager Anthea is very nice and really helpful. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. The pricing is reasonable. My only negative comment is that you are not permitted to ride in the frieght elevator, you have to send it up/down and then use the stairs (which to be fair are only a couple of metres away), not worth knocking a star off for. Recommended.

Overall experience was terrific. First impressions always count, the general cleanliness of the facility was first class. Andrea (office manager) was welcoming helpful and very informative which made the process seamless.

Friendly staff and always felt that my items were in goods hands and safe.

Very easy to setup

Wilson Storage East Bentleigh exceeded my expectations. Super clean, secure, and well-lit facility with easy access and trolley support. Anthea (the Facility Manager) was consistently professional, helpful, and solutions-focused throughout the process. They also hooked me up with a free move‑in van for the first four hours—seriously levelled up the experience.
