Very easy to setup

Wilson Storage East Bentleigh exceeded my expectations. Super clean, secure, and well-lit facility with easy access and trolley support. Anthea (the Facility Manager) was consistently professional, helpful, and solutions-focused throughout the process. They also hooked me up with a free move‑in van for the first four hours—seriously levelled up the experience.

Honestly the girls at Wilson storage east bentleigh were incredibly helpful. It is by far the best storage place I've ever used and I've used alot of various storage places in my life but there communication and assistance was incredible had I have not lost my job and had to cut my costs I'd still be with them now and I recommend them to anyone who's looking for storage in that area.

It's exceedingly rare to find such a great storage company with such great customer service.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case it is well deserved for they always went above and beyond for me and were super understanding of my situations.

I'd give them more stars if it were possible in this review platform. Never have I had such a great experience anywhere with why service as I had here.

Facility was simple to get in & out of & also easy for us to navigate. The customer service from Athena was beyond amazing! From the moment I engaged for a quote up until her helping me through some issues I encountered, exceptional. Highly recommend for any storage requirements.

Professional service

Service delivered as expected.

I used Wilson Storage Bentleigh East to store an apartment’s worth of furniture etc. while I was overseas for 18 months. I originally had a good experience until I moved out in November 2024 when I discovered that the roof had leaked at the facility above my unit and poured water into my unit, leaving me with mouldy and rotten clothes, mattress, couch and linen. It has caused me thousands of dollars of damage. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls I have never received a response to my request for compensation. I would not recommend.
