Honestly wouldn't again
I was with Wilsons for nearly 10 years. At that time, I hired several units from them. Over $10,000 in hire fees.
PROS:
Always receive my invoices on time.
Always received an inflation rate change at least once a year.
Saw a homeless guy asleep inside there on one of the trolleys. Helping with the housing crisis
CONS:
- Painful facility to access. BIG slow old gates, and massive loud roller door, until it broke and stayed up (now about 2 months) Which means free access during working hours to anyone walking by.
- The loudest and squeakiest service lift I've ever had to use. Don't carry anything in your hands while going up or down in the lifts you'll need to block your ears from the high-pitched squeak.
- low to no security.
- as of Feb 2024 charging $575pm for a 3 x 3. got a 3 x 4 for $280 elsewhere. up-to-date lift, great security.
- after 10 years, not even a thanks for your custom, simply a generic letter, sweep up and get out.
